BREATHTAKING Waterfront Home with private dock and sunset vistas sleeps up to 24

The Haven by the Bay is a waterfront oasis that sits on a private lot amongst beautiful live oaks, magnolias and palms with plenty of space for your whole group to make incredible new memories!

The East Bay is a shallow water playground: a hidden gem in the panhandle 15 minutes from Navarre Beach and great for fishing, boating, snorkeling and swimming. The covered dock and over 1600 SF of porches are great spaces to gather and take in the incredible sunset. Dock stairs lead directly down into the water for easy access to swim, snorkel, or launch a kayak or paddleboard. We provide 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for guests to enjoy! The ground level is a fully covered 2000 square-foot entertainment space with 2 large picnic tables, outdoor pool table, ping-pong, basketball goal, hanging egg chairs, corn hole and gas grill to take advantage of the beautiful bay views. The grassy back yard leads up to the sandy waterfront, complete with a wood-burning fire pit and reclining lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Curl up with a good book from the selection provided, or let the kids enjoy the games and books tailored just for them.

A full gourmet kitchen with large walk-in pantry, an extra sink and refrigerator, and an oversized island is a perfect place to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining table and kitchen island easily can accommodate 18 or more. The large living room sectional has a high-quality pull out queen bed for extra sleeping space. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, for a total of 6 full bathrooms. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers and up to 12 beach towels are provided.

The residential elevator goes to all levels for handicapped access. Shower ramps available on request for wheelchair access. An infant travel crib, a pack-n-play, and 2 twin floor cots are stored in the closets for guests use.

Jennifer was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The property was gorgeous and had everything you could want or need to have an enjoyable stay. The sunsets were stunning. You would stay here again. Property was exactly as advertised.

Beautiful house, great for a large group

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was so clean and had so much room for our large group. The view was incredible and Jennifer kept in great contact. I would definitely recommend this house to other guests wanting to relax and enjoy this beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Perfect accommodations for all of our guests from 18 to 80! The owners have thought of everything you need to make it feel like a luxurious home away from home. Great SB2024 at The Haven

Beautiful home with lots of room, great deck space with views of the bay. Our family enjoyed the extra toys; pool table, ping pong, kayaks and paddleboard. Very comfortable home with lots of extras, highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home. It is well equipped and accomodated our large family. There was something to do for all ages. The boys immediately hooked up Xbox. By that afternoon and for the remainder of our trip they were outside. We're planning for next year!

Wedding weekend

We stayed here with family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. The house was everything the listing said and more! We had the most amazing time, and loved all of the amenities the house offered! Communication with Jennifer was easy and she was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again and already recommended it to friends looking for a place to stay next year.

Amazing! Everything about this property was simply amazing. The view was stunning. The house had so many amenities and the kitchen was the most equipped out of all the properties we have stayed in the past. Family Vacation

We had family gather from several states to meet for vacation in FL. The Haven by the Bay was a perfect spot for what we needed. There was plenty of space to gather inside together in the main room, and plenty of places to escape to if wanted. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards along with the pier for fishing.We drove over to Navarre beach a few times. It is just a few minutes away.Jennifer sent all needed info quickly and was quick to answer any questions we had.We would definitely choose to stay here again and would easily recommend it to others.

Perfect Family Getaway

Absolutely incredible home, location and amenities. Plenty of space and bathrooms. We never even ran out of hot water and no one was ever even fighting for a bathroom. My mobility impaired family members navigated easily to/through all floors with the elevators. 3 refrigerators on site and two ovens allowed for plenty of space to store food and cook for our crew. Paddle boards and kayaks were a hit. The water was low enough the young kids could play I. The water easily and without worrying.

Family and friends stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. House is spacious and loved every room having its own bathroom. We all felt like we had our own personal space. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living areas to spread out. Enjoyed the two refrigerators and extra storage room off the kitchen. The elevator was an added bonus, saved our backs from carrying things up the stairs and some older family members were very thankful for it. Some of the properties around the house aren’t kept up and look to be abandoned, but it didn’t take away from our view and enjoyment of this well maintained house and property. The view of the bay is amazing and spent a lot of time enjoying it from the porch. The owners thought of everything! Would definitely recommend this house!

Wedding Week gathering

Family and friends gathered together for week of our daughter's wedding, and we found The Haven by the Bay was the perfect location for us. The home was spacious, clean and well appointed. The view of the bay is beautiful and relaxing. The common spaces are large and welcoming for a large group to gather and spend time hanging out, eating and playing games. The outdoor amenities were also nice. The location worked well for us as it was on 7 minutes to the wedding venue. Jennifer's communication during our stay was helpful and she responded quickly to questions and concerns. I would recommend this home for large gatherings; you won't be disappointed. One thing to be aware of if you need to sleep 24, is the trundles in the bedroom with the twin beds are unable to extend out all the way due to the fact there isn't enough room between the beds.

Hello! We are a family of six from the great state of Tennessee that have been blessed to build this beautiful home on the shores of East Bay near Navarre and Pensacola. We have some family roots in the city of Pensacola, and both of us attended college here so we decided that we wanted to build a place to bring our kids and their future kids to that would cater to our growing families. We hope you fall in love with the area as much as we have!

East Bay is a hidden gem off of Highway 98, close to many of the more popular surrounding beach communities like Navarre and Pensacola without the crowds! Watch the dolphins swim by on your private dock, snorkel and swim in the beautiful salt water bay that is shallow enough for your whole family to enjoy. It’s like a backyard pool but better! Rent our paddle boards and kayaks or bring your own and explore the Bay. Bring your bicycles or skates and use the sidewalks that line East bay Blvd. The Club at Hidden Creek golf course is 6 minutes away, the Gulf Breeze Zoo is 5 minutes away, and the best strip of thrift and antique stores on 98 is also just minutes away. Whether you decide to stay and enjoy all the waterfront, lazy afternoons or get out there and explore the surrounding areas, we know you will LOVE this time to recharge, reconnect with your people, and relax in the magical haze of the Florida sunshine.

This home was designed with large families or small groups in mind. It has a unique layout that accommodates up to 24 guests, catering to both the young and experienced. With an elevator, handicapped-accessible sinks, and widened hallways, we hope this helps those who may have physical challenges to the typical beachside getaway. There is a bunk room that will sleep up to 10. All the king and queen bedrooms have doors that lead to the outdoor decks. There are 1600 sq. ft. of outdoor porches, plus a grassy space in the backyard for kids to play. The private dock in the back yard has a covered deck reaching 100 feet out into the Bay to allow easy access to swim and snorkel in the beautiful East Bay.

We offer covered parking under the house and additional parking space for up to 5 vehicles and even a space to park a boat-trailer or RV. There is an additional fee of $150 to hook the RV up to the electricity and water. No RV sewer hookup.
