You are also only minutes away from downtown Pigeon Forge where you can enjoy the local attractions or go hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.You are also just a short drive away from Gatlinburg where you can enjoy other attractions in that area as well. No matter what you do on your vacation, "Nestled" has all you need and more!This cabin has a very stricy non-smoking,no pets policy!

Property was sunstandard. 1 toilet not functuoning the first 24 hrs. Second toulet had a broken seat the first 24. Property is dilapidated. Not overly dirty but there were some cobwebs. I made a list of all the issues with the property and there were 43! Items in the list. Mattresses were like sleeping in a very squeaky hole, registers were rusty and enamel, outside had trash everywhere (furnace filter under the front deck, bugs in the 2nd bathroom light cover, and thats just a few. was told i could not move to another cabin and no refunds per Expedia policy. Even despite my argument that had I known The condition of the cabin, I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place. Ruined th first day of my vacation.

There’s dust on fixtures and decorations that haven’t been cleaned in years, meaning everyone’s cleaning fees are a rip off. The filter for the a/c system hasn’t been replaced in years either. The hot tub took 3 days to heat up, by that time the visit was over. We were given only 1 roll of toilet tissue for 3 days.

Dirty cabin

1st went to the place it said to check in and it was the wrong place, we had to then go 11 miles the opposite direction to check in and it was heavy traffic. When we got to the cabin we couldn't find it because the printed direction said it was on the right off of Avon Crt. But it was actually on the left after 30 minutes of searching then the cabin was not numbered but had a sign that said " The Abels" so very misleading we thought someone was living there. 2nd. I have bad allergies and the inside of cabin was very dusty! Cobwebs hanging from, light fixtures, beside the couch, the air vent cover, caked i layers! 3rd there is only one way out of the cabin so in the event of a fire and the kitchen caught fire you would not be able to get out! 4th the screen porch all the screens are pulling away from frames allowing insects to enter, also the swing cushion was very nasty so we didn't use it, and the hot tub wasnt cleaned and had an odor, and its only for 2 people. 5th. There were 4 of us and there was only 2 wash clothes, no extra blankets, and not enough towels for 4 and two nights. 6th. The gutters on cabin are extremely full and branches hanging down, cobwebs with spiders in them hanging from the lights on the front porch and back porch. 7th. There are weeds all around the cabin not clean or safe to walk around. 8th. This is the 1st time i have used this company for a cabin and by the looks of all the cabins surrounding the one we stayed at I will not use them again.
