Perfect for barbecues and get together's, overlooking a big fenced in backyard with a large pool, putting green, chipping areas and a bunker! The home sits on an acre, gorgeous lawn, front and back.
Inside, enjoy the two-story, elegant home with gourmet kitchen, bar area, 52 inch HD television in the family room, stereo system. Upstairs features a master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower with rain shower and massage jets, patio off the master bedroom; 2 guest rooms with guest bathroom upstairs; and a guest room with its own full bath on first floor.

Why they chose this property

The Hamptons is heaven on earth! You can enjoy the scenic countryside, the ocean, the bay, and all the exciting activities which allow you to enjoy the scenery -- golfing, biking, surfing, shopping, etc. There are several of the top golf courses in the world within thirty minutes of the house and many public courses. You can also enjoy a wide selection of fine and casual dining. And if you want to head into Manhattan to see a show and do more sight seeing, it is only 60 miles away.

What makes this property unique

The home is three miles from the charming town of Westhampton Beach and the Atlantic Ocean and one mile from great antiquing in Eastport. While you are in Westhampton, be sure to drive east and explore all the quaint towns in The Hamptons -- Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Montauk, to name a few. The North Fork and the wineries are definitely worth a visit. And there is good shopping and dining as well! I will certainly help you book tee times at some of the top golf courses in the area and can help with reservations at the top restaurants -- and there are many! Also, MacArthur Airport in Islip is very convenient -- only about 30 minutes from the house. JFK is about an hour and 20 minute drive, depending on traffic.
