This Tranquil Arizona Oasis is the Perfect Place to stay in Paradise Valley. Newly renovated to provide a serene and calming space for you to unwind and relax. Gated community features two beautiful pools with outdoor living and entertainment spaces. Located on Stone Creek Golf Course, with lush green views and a walking path for morning and evening walks or runs. Ideal location situated between Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland. Within 1 mile of Orangetheory, CorePower Yoga, CycleBar, Club Pilates and more! 5 minutes from Target, Walmart, and Costco. The owner is also a travel nurse and works in the OR. Please contact me for more details. Pets are possibly negotiable depending on size and breed. No cats please due to allergies. This property is non-smoking. All utilities are included up to $300. Any water/electrical bill that exceeds a combined $300 per month will be the renter's responsibility. Rate is variable by season.
