Welcome to your perfect vacation spot!! This modern and spacious condo boasts comfortable living space, large private bedroom, in-unit washer & dryer and even a customizable designated workspace! Kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need or want, including a toaster, Ninja blender, and Keurig coffee machine.

Located in upscale North Scottsdale just off Shea Boulevard and Frank Lloyd Wright, this condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Enjoy a gorgeous water feature in the pool, or a game of billiards or a steam in the sauna in the community amenity center, right next to the pool. Shopping, dining and nightlife are all close by.

Features incredible amenities: outdoor patio with privacy/ sun shades, 2 smart TVs, large bathroom, 2nd floor unit = no upstairs neighbors, tasteful decor and a dedicated work space, PLUS high-speed WiFi! Pool/ spa CLOSE! Community outdoor kitchen & fridge are also located in the pool/ spa area.

Hoist is a liar. Don’t rent without insurance. After asking for some form of compensation for the pool and hot tub heater being broken at the condo the host became very rude and then charged me for a broken crank on a curtain that had been broken before we arrived.

North Scottsdale

Very nice condo. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Also very close to McDowell Preserve for fabulous hiking. Condo is very clean and well-stocked. Complex is quiet with beautiful facilities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay, Highly Recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was close to covered parking and very quiet, which was important for us. It was clean and very well appointed. The added touches were artful and tasteful. Kimberly, our host, was super nice, attentive and made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful stay at this 1-bedroom condo

Had a wonderful stay at this 1-bedroom, very comfortable condo. Very comfy bed, terrific shower, kitchen was stocked with all the tools I needed to prepare several meal for myself. Great location east of the 101 highway, which allowed easy access to areas around Scottsdale, and north to Payson for a day trip. The beautiful pool offered a great way to cool down after a day of hiking and exploring. I would definitely consider staying here again if ever back to the Scottsdale area.

Excellent condo

The property is very clean and in a great location. It could be a little more stocked with kitchen stuff, but other than that it was great! The communication with the host was excellent, she responded in a timely manner whenever we tried to contact her. I would have no problem staying there again and highly recommend it.

Overall, well stocked condo with access to community pool. Host was available for questions. I wouldn't recommend this during the hot summer months though because the AC could only cool it down to 91 degrees inside and this was at 10 pm. It just wasn't working properly.

The host was responsive, but it was impossible to overcome the failings of the property and the owner’s inadequate accommodation. The problem was with the cleanliness of the unit. My wife spotted 3 cockroaches. We simply didn’t want to risk contaminating our belongings. The carpet is old and filthy. They did let me out of the contract for the unused nights. The refused to refund the cleaning fee. Preposterously, they collected taxes on the nights we left early and refused to refund them. The host was timely in responding, but I would recommend you stay anywhere other than here.

Quick weekend away

We were in for a short weekend and concert. The condo was a perfect size for two of us, had all the things we would need for our short stay. Grocery store was across the street, getting to the places we needed was a breeze from the location and it was a short drive to the airport as well. Kimberly was super responsive as we had a few lost messages but we were able to get things situated quickly. Pool was an added bonus. We would stay here again if we were i the Scottsdale area again.
