Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway in the heart of the Smokies! Ideal for families or friends, this spacious and extra-clean two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and fun.

Unwind in the comfortable living room, featuring two large leather sofas gathered around a cozy electric fireplace. For some retro fun, challenge your friends and family to a game on the classic 'Mortal Kombat' arcade machine. The full kitchen, equipped with granite counters and modern black appliances, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy them together at the rustic wooden dining table before stepping out onto your private balcony.

Your group will have plenty of space to rest and recharge:

**Master Suite:** A luxurious King bed with a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a relaxing jetted tub.
**Guest Bedroom:** A comfortable King bed with access to a full bathroom, which can also be entered from the hallway.
**Conveniences:** The condo also includes an in-unit washer/dryer and free WiFi.

In addition to the entire private condo, you'll have full access to the resort's fantastic shared amenities. These community spaces are perfect for making lasting vacation memories.

Enjoy the beautiful resort-style outdoor pool, which includes a large hot tub and a spacious area perfect for sunbathing. There is also an indoor pool featuring in-pool benches and various loungers for
year-round relaxation. For our younger guests, the children's playground is a wonderful place to burn off some energy, and the community picnic/grill area is available for outdoor dining.

No trailers are allowed per HOA, they will be towed at the owners expense.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove ALL trash and place in dumpster located in the parking lot. There will be a $50 fee if trash isn't removed. Please allow time to properly wash and replace kitchenware.
Please ensure pool wrist band is placed on the foyer table before your departure. There is a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file for a missing pool pass.
If excessive cleaning is required, there will be a $100 "Excessive Cleaning" fee charged to the guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove ALL trash and place in the corridor trash bay located near the elevator. There is a $50 fee for trash left behind.
If excessive cleaning is required, there will be a $100 "Excessive Cleaning" fee charged to the credit card on file.
Wash and replace kitchenware and Place used bath linens in the bathtub.

Close to main attractions

Clean condo, close to major attractions and restaurants. Sometimes a challenge to get out on road but expect traffic in tourist area. Great for our grchildren vacation.

Location of condo was great to all restaurants and attractions! Gary was quick to respond with any questions we had! Condo being on ground floor was wonderful! We slept well! My View Condo/Gary

This is my second time to stay at Mt View Condos and will not be my last! The property is always in tip top shape and I always feel safe! Gary was fantastic throughout the entire process. I feel like I know him but yet never met face to face! I did loose a ring somewhere in our condo. Hopefully someone will find it and turn it in! Thanks Gary for having a beautiful place for us to stay.
