Enjoy the mountain views from your private balcony. We are located just off the Parkway in the beautiful Mountain View Condo complex. We are 4 miles from Dollywood, 1 mile from Tanger Outlet Mall, within walking distance to theaters and restaurants. The trolley has a stop at the end of the drive near the Dunkin doughnut shop. Nearby attractions include Country Tonight Theater, Memories Theater, Titanic Museum, Hard Rock Cafe, Wonderworks, Dixie Stampede Dinner Show, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, Hollywood Wax Museum, The Apple Barn & Cider Mill, The Incredible Christmas Place, and The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel at The Island. We are a short drive to Gatlinburg, Bass Pro Shop, Smoky Mountain Knife Works, Cades Cove, go cart tracks, putt-putt courses, Alpine Mountain Coasters, and much more. The restaurants are ENDLESS, the only problem will be in deciding where to eat.

This 6th floor unit offers a King size bedroom, Queen size bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa, it will provide you with plenty of space to enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, beautiful maple cabinets, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, a full-size washing machine and dryer gives you all the amenities of home. Enjoy the master bath that has a double granite vanity, walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. Off the living area and connected to the Queen bedroom is a full bathroom with granite counters. The dining room and living room have wood floors, an electric fireplace with a beautiful mantle and custom stone surround, ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms, and a flat screen smart TV in the living area and both bedrooms have TV's. All the comforts of home! Just want to stay in and rest, the new recliners and sofa are a great spot to nap, read, watch TV, or just enjoy a little quiet time. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

We will provide a starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, dish washing detergent, washing machine detergent, and trash bags. Linens and towels are provided.

The condo building has a convenient elevator and guest carts. Handicap friendly features that include 36" doorways and ramps. Be sure to check out the hot tub that is open year round as well as the large outdoor heated pool that is open April through October. There are wristbands located in the condo that are to be worn while in the pool area, PLEASE return them when you return to the condo. The new indoor heated pool is now open!! The kids will love the outdoor playground and large yard that has a beautiful view of the mountains. New to MountainView a walking path, shuffle board, and a basketball court.

This complex has a NO PET policy that is strictly enforced, if anyone is caught bringing a pet you will be asked to leave immediately and the rental fee will not be refunded. If you have service animals you must provide the proper ADA documentation prior to your arrival. This is a NO SMOKING condo, NO EXCEPTIONS!

How was very helpful and courteous. Condo was decorated really nice. Kitchen was furnished with a wide variety of utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Comfortable beds and living area. Couldn't plug the small tub for baths and the large tub ran out of hot water before it was full. All minor things. Overall great experience with this condo. The problems we had were people were extremely loud and running around all hours of the night and stacking trash all around the trashcans by the walkway, instead of taking it to dumpster.

For my niece to celebrate Christmas with her husband's family in Maryville.

Perfect Condo in PF

I have to say this has been our favorite place to stay over in TN. We typically only take day trips because we have a 1 year old and a 3 year old and staying somewhere is hard when most places arenā€™t very kid friendly. This unit was very kid friendly and I felt like I could relax and let them play without worrying about their safety. Overall it is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. That was the first thing I noticed when we opened the door. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was wonderful after a day at Dollywood. It is walkable from the unit or you can drive over and park. My 3 year old said she wanted to live there forever. Itā€™s in a great location to things we like to do when over there. Itā€™s only a couple minutes from our favorite restaurant for breakfast (Applewood) and only a few minutes from Dollywood. There is also a dunkin conveniently located on the same road as the condos so you can drive or walk down and get coffee if you forget to bring coffee like I did. They do have a coffee maker in the kitchen. We have never rebooked somewhere and wanted to stay somewhere more than once but this is now our go to place when we come over to PF, TN Canā€™t wait to stay again in November or December for a Christmas getaway. You wonā€™t be disappointed if you book a condo with the Fullers. They own 2 - 1 bedroom units in the same condo complex as well!

Great place to stay

This was our second stay at this condo, and we love the location and the unit is very nice. Sadly, I must say that the furniture could use an update (not very comfortable) and the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. (Didnā€™t recall that from the first stay). Weā€™d love to stay here again. Sure hope they replace that mattress!

Great place to stay

We've stayed at this condo a couple times and really enjoy it. It feels like our home-away-from-home. It's close to just about anywhere you'd want to go in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. If you have any problems with the property, the owner responds quickly and is very friendly.

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion in Pigeon Forge and all our family was able to rent condos in Mountain View. Our particular condo was very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. Very convenient to everything.

We had a very nice time and the property was just like the pictures. We could even see the fireworks from Dollywood Saturday night. The view was beautiful; probably would be beautiful in the winter. We would stay there again.

Overall the stay was nice. The floors need some attention, cleaned better as I thought it looked like a bunch of hair in the entrance to bathroom from bedroom in 2nd bedroom and I went to clean it up and it was just plain dirt. Carpets need cleaned if not replaced. The master bedroom needs a new mattress as the couple that was with us she had to sleep at bottom of bed to keep from rolling in the middle as it sinks down real bad.

We have been visiting the Great Smoky Mountains since we first married 25 years ago and our love has rubbed off on our kids.
