Roomy Bayfront House with Extra Long Dock, 3 Bedroom - Perfect For The Family

This roomy and comfortable home is waiting for you and your family to enjoy life on the bay. The extra long dock (over 100 feet long!) is perfect for the fishers and boaters.

We have strict house rules:
* Families only, No groups or parties
* NO PETS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND on the property
*Minimum age 35

Perfect for the family and only 2 blocks (4 minute walk) to the beach.
Our single family house is directly on the bay with an extra long dock (seriously, it's over 100 feet long).

We do individual leases with all of our tenants.
We need proof of age and your home address prior to accepting your reservation.

The Roomy Bedrooms:
- Oversized Master Bedroom with a king bed, queen futon, Cable TV/VCR/DVD, Full Bathroom, and its own deck overlooking the Bay
- Full bathroom in the hallway
- One bedroom with 2 twin beds
- One bedroom with a full bed & love seat couch

Additional Rental Information:
- Non-refundable Deposit required for booking (50% rental fee plus Property Damage Protection Fee)
- Full payment required 2 weeks prior to check-in
- A Ring doorbell is at the entry door, records both audio & video. There is no camera in private areas or inside the building.

Perfect Home and Location!

This was our first year staying on the bay side of LBI and this home did not disappoint! It had plenty of room for us and we loved the outdoor spaces and dock. If you like to crab and fish, this is the perfect place. We would not hesitate to rent it again!

Great property, with 2 comments. Furniture/carpeting is definitely old and tired. We had to change lights in kitchen that were burnt out. Hallway light was out but couldn't replace. AC is very loud in bedrooms.

LBI Bayside

LBI will always have a special place in our hearts. We're sisters and we grew up in NJ, so we are very familiar with the state and have grown up going down the shore.

Why they chose this property

This is our family home. We're the original owners & we fell in love with it and the location as soon as we saw it.
We've enjoyed our beach home for years and we want you to create wonderful family memories as well.
We love the location. We're on the narrowest part of LBI, so while this is a bayfront home, we are only 2 blocks from the beach. It doesn't get better!
