Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people and your pet is welcome. | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet with a large flat screen tv with a ceiling fan for the warm nights. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds.

Unit Amenities: The full-sized kitchen is complete with stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all dishware and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace. The living room has a large flat screen tv and a comfortable wrap around sectional sofa and converts into a bed.

This unit is located on the lower road with minimal stairs (4) to get to the front door. This condo is 2 levels. The top level is the kitchen, living and dining rooms with one bathroom. The bedrooms and other bathroom are located downstairs.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV! This condo is steps to both the pool and the jacuzzi.

Views: This condo enjoys a views of the surrounding mountains.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Good property! Good unit, clean and nice looking with view off the balcony. Kitchen needs help, pans and accessories seriously lacking. No lights above sink. Nice pool and jacuzzi and rec room.

Great Summer Location in Mammoth to re-set!

Fun spot and great for family re-set after busy days of hiking and exploring. Gave us just want we needed. Basics for the kitchen, nice deck with Mountain views, kids loved the bunk beds. Cozy rooms. Nice big couch as well. Easy to access, great instructions other than checking in. You need to check in for your key at the resort office and that was not clear via text and email. but once we checked in at the office and got our garage spot it was a great and smooth experience. You could almost walk to to village but it would be up hill on the way back. Had great mornings and evenings (including hot tub and pool dips) under the stars. Adventuring during the day but great to reset. Loved going to the village and getting take-out. Made it back to the condo with hot food as well!

Beautiful View, Great Location

Good value for things important to us - view, fireplace, parking garage, two bed/bath, spacious, walk to Canyon. Overall unit was clean with everything we needed, however, you need to re-upholster/ replace the lounge section of the sofa. It was VERY stained and looks black. We had to cover with a blanket in order to sit on that section. The unit was warm, beds were comfortable, and the water pressure great. There were sleds in the closet and lots of games for kids. The office staff were helpful and overall property was cared for. This unit is not fancy with no decor, but this might be good for families with small children. We would rent again if the couch situation was remedied. I would suggest taking "recently remodeled" out of property description, giving the unit a little TLC, and re-branding with a focus on view, space, location, and value.

Mammoth trip

I didn’t see anything remodeled that worth posting in the ad descriptions. The floor mats in the bathroom were extremely worn out and dirty that you don’t want to walk on it even with the shoes on. It’s embarrassing.The couch is so dirty and black that it is not acceptable. We couldn’t use the fireplace the first day. Called the contact number at 6:00 PM and find out that they are closed. Got a called back the next day and the Tech fixed it. The pilot was off. The office asked if we need more towels and I said yes but never got it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is about 100 yds from canyon lodge which is great. Short bike ride down the hill drops you right into the village. The place is like most other in this price range for the area: old, brown, and in need of some love. The floor plan of this place is straight up bizarre. You enter on the living room/kitchen area and then the bedrooms are on the lower level. It feels cramped and compartmentalized. There was some damage to the drywall that needed to be fixed and overall it feels very much like someone's vacation home that they don't really have time to doctor-up. Facility has amenities. Parking sucks so be prepared to park on Canyon Blvd and walk up a gigantic hill. Overall I would stay here again if it was really cheap, but its pretty unimpressive so lower your expectations.

Reviewer Comments: First the property management company was barely accessible and did not respond to a call at 4:00pm on a Tuesday (day of check-in). The link to the app they sent me did not work either. Condo was clean, however, sinks were lose, faucets were wobbly, dining room chair was broken, front tv did not work, carpets on stairs are ripped with holes, curved shower curtain rod was installed backwards. All minor things, but things that hopefully can be fixed during the next remodel.

The property was comfortable, but didn’t realize it was 2 stories. The smart thermostats around the house were not so smart and made it hard to sleep. In the master bedroom, the bed is aligned with the master bed, so it was hard to sleep when the heater would turn on and blow in our faces. We set it to a cool comfortable temp, but it would either go too low or too high at night. Overall, the kitchen was great, living room and bathroom were nice. Location is spectacular!
