We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. The trip was primarily for bike park access, but there were several other activities in Mammoth. The location was perfect, condo was clean and comfortable.

The front door lock was very hard to use. The touch sensitive numbers do not work consistently. We needed to try 3 or 4 times before the lock worked. I have had much better experience with combination locks from other suppliers.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We had issues checking in, but the property manager was helpful. The condo was comfortable and convenient to everything. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning, so it gets stuffy on summer afternoons. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but box fans were provided.

Very comfortable rental. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and kitchen was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very responsive. Few days in microwave stopped working. Contacted host and they responded immediately. Unfortunately we could not resolve the microwave issue but we were able to go without it for the remainder of the stay. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cozy place to stay.

Given all the numbers (house/hot tub) for the house didn’t work at the beginning.Getting the hot tub access number passed 5days out of 8days of rental.The restroom wasn’t nicely cleaned.

We spent 2x nights at the condo. It was very comfortable and clean. We couldn't figure out the heat for the upstairs but the wall heater downstairs kept us warm

Nice condo in Mammoth. The beds were comfy and all amenities were good. The kitchen appeared recently remolded and stocked with new appliances and such. The only issue was the Roku device kept loosing internet making it hard to watch TVThe hosts instructions were clear and easy.

Clean spacious and well decorated

Clean comfy rental close to slopes. Place felt clean and neat. Amenities were great. Owner was responsive and polite. Will return for future stays!

The condo was beautiful and centrally located to all stores and restaurants

The condo had updated bathrooms a nice size kitchen. There was a nice breeze in the evening going through with the windows open. Problems we had was there was not enough important bathroom needs and the TV did not work at first. Overall we had a good stay.

We arrived late the first night, which was a disaster because the place was not cleaned and still dirty from the people who stayed there before us. I still gave four stars because the owner was genuinely sorry and fair in trying to compensate us for it. While it was quite unpleasant, mistakes happen and I appreciate the owner, trying to make it right. They had a cleaning crew there early the next morning and the rest of our stay went smoothly.Overall, a pretty nice place in town, close to a shuttle stop.

Great communication

The property owner responded to my emails within minutes. He clarified a few questions to my satisfaction and was easy to work with. The location in the middle of Mammoth was great.
