One bedroom, full bathroom, large living area with full kitchen and living room w/pull out couch. You will find all the essentials have been provided. Very comfortable overlooking Paugus Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee. Restaurants, stores, entertainment is all close by! Enjoy New Hampshire in any of the four seasons in comfort. Enjoy Weirs Beach in the summer, and Gunstock Ski Area in the winter. Come back to enjoy the pool for all guests. This is the place to be, all year round.

Apartment was great. The pool is closed for off season but I couldn't really move on without a rating. The host was great, communications were a breeze and the location was perfect.

Perfect for a getaway to Lake Winni/Weirs Beach/Meadowbrook, close to everything Very clean, comfortable area for hanging out, full kitchen, comfortable bed. Good amenities. Pretty quiet despite being on main route. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent property centrally located and very convenient to major routes and activities.Communication with the owner was great and easy and she was very pleasant to deal with. Very clean and nice and had everything you would need.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in the Lakes Region. We knew we weren’t going to be at the place too much as we had a lot planned every day, but it was a perfect place to come back to at night. Bonnie was easy to reach as well.

Nice condo in lakes region

This is a very nice condo which was clean and included many kitchen items. I also enjoyed the renovated pool area. The location is great, right around the corner to many shops and restaurants as well as a short drive to beaches, hiking and attractions. I had an issue logging in to the VRBO site when checking in and Bonnie was easy to contact and very helpful.

Great location.

The condo was located close to a lot of restaurants and other “things to do”. Very easy to get to and the host communicated well on how to access the property as well as updated us on how to gain access to the internet if we had issues.

Weekend away

Bonnie was a great host. The condo was clean and just what we needed while in town for some lake time and a concert. The pool was an added bonus. There’s a great restaurant and a coffee shop on site, too!

Location Location Location

My husband and I were looking for a place close to the Pavilion in Gilford. This place was 10 minutes away. It’s also very close to Weir Beach. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was closed for renovations so that was a bit of a bummer, but there is so much to do in the area, it wasn’t a major problem. There is a plaza in the condo building with restaurants and shops. So convenient! We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and quiet

Lovely base and central location for our stay during a nearby family reunion. Located on second level - stairs only/no elevator. Not an issue for us, but something to note. Close to supermarkets which is helpful when using the kitchen. Has a balcony, which is always nice. Across the street from the lake. Just not sure if there is nearby lake access. Owner was super and had great communication for all needs and check in was a breeze.

Wonderful and Convenient Location for Lakeside Stay

Very satisfied with our stay here. Much of our trip was going to be out and about and around the Laconia / Lake Winnipesaukee area. This place was a perfect spot for the two of us to regroup, rest, and relax to plan for the next day's adventures. Very well kept property and the communication with the owner was top-notch. Every question that I threw Bonnie's way was promptly addressed. We will be back again!
