Ski Gunstock, raquette, ski de fond, à proximité des sports d'hiver, excellents restaurants, parfaites pour vous évader! Chiens bienvenus, cour clôturée et fermée. Foyer.
Ma place est à proximité du lac Winnipesaukee, Gunstock, Weirs Beach, restaurants et salle à manger, la plage, et les activités de la famille. . Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et amis à fourrure (animaux de compagnie).
Nous venons mis à jour cette unité, avec un nouveau plancher, la peinture, de nouvelles armoires, évier, comptoir et mobilier. Il dispose d'un canapé-lit trop !!! Proche de toutes les attractions de la région. Vous pouvez marcher à Bank Of NH Pavilion si vous allez à un concert et que vous ne voulez pas conduire. Son environ 1 mile sur la route.

Cozy Cabin

The property was just as described. It is small but has everything you need. Added bonus was the fire pit in the fenced in backyard. We were happy to bring our dog along for vacation. Thank you Susan!

Bike weekend 2024

The cottage was very cozy . Cute , shower was nice and hot after riding the motorcycle all day. Coffee was great ! Wine in fridge welcoming us was special . Heat worked nice because got very cold at night thank you very much it was conveniently located near pavilion we got to go to concert as a plus. Stores and restaurants very close awesome stay . We would rent there again .

Cozy and charming cottage

Everything about this day was wonderful. From the communication at the time of booking regarding our dog to the open line of communication during our travel to New Hampshire. Susan was very quick to respond to any inquiries and also very helpful with suggestions of places to go and other Insider secrets. The cottage itself is charming and cozy. Just enough room for my husband and I with our small dogs. One bedroom with a comfortable bed and adequate air conditioning. A galley style kitchen with everything we needed including a dorm size refrigerator and freezer. A generous living room with a very comfortable couch and Fire TV. A small bathroom with a stand-up shower that had provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Clean soft towels. Everything that we could need was at our fingertips. It was clean. It was comfortable and it was so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go including Weir's Beach, Meredith and the state parks. Can't say enough about our hosts and would definitely stay here or one of their other properties again.

Small

Its small, needs better cleaning and needs updating. Online it said it was a house and updated. It was not updated and its not a house. Its a cottage, smaller than it looks online and no grass in the enclosed yard. There was no where to sit outside under cover from rain or the sun. I found and old bone under the couch. It was very old so that tells me the cleaner never moves the couch to sweep or vacuum under it. The mirror in the livingroom was very dirty. I was gonna clean it but decided not to. We paid for a week and left half way through the vacation. We weren't comfortable, not much to do with our dogs so we left. We spent the rest of our vacation at home, in our pool and went to dinner a coupke time and played cards. The owners are very nice people and very attentive. We'll do day trips from now on.

Not sure what Linda was expecting as the house is exactly the same as it iis in the pictures. Sorry to hear she found a dog bone under the couch, we are pet friendly. I always ask guests the day of check in and the day after if they need anything or have any questions or issues. She did not respond, if she thought the mirror wasn't clean I would have sent the housekeeper over for her. She told me she left because there was nothing to do in the area. We are in the lakes region on the biggest vacation week, Lake Winnipesaukee, restaurants, hiking Weirs Beach etc I've never had any guests say there was nothing to do. The house is cute and yes updated with a new kitchen , bathroom all new flooring , paint furniture, I'm not sure what she was expecting as its exactly as advertised. I'm sorry she did not enjoy her stay. Some people are hard to please , not sure what I could have done to make her happy .

Adorable cottage in great location!

We enjoyed a welcome respite in this lovely setting. Would return for another visit. Great location in terms of restaurants, shopping, and area attractions. Loved it! 5 stars for sure! Thanks to the owners for a wonderful summer stay.

We were very surprised how close and convenient the cottage was to our boatyard and concert venue. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Love that our 4 legged, furry lady could join us for the week, as well.

Cute little cottage close to everything

Nice cottage but wonderful hosts! Susan was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations during our stay. The cottage is close to everything. We went on beautiful hikes just minutes away. This place is great for pet owners. The fenced backyard was a great touch for my pups. Thanks Susan and Dutch!

Cozy little place

This cozy little place is just as described. We enjoyed this home base for our week long stay. Its in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a short and easy drive to area attractions. If you go in winter, don’t miss Franconia Notch—even if you’re not skiing!

Very comfortable

With so many trees, felt like I was camping. It was not fancy, but quite comfortable, and everything you could need was made available by Susan who checked in each day to make sure everything was okay. Dogs are welcome and the fenced yard is great. The neighborhood was friendly. Thanks!
