Beautifully renovated colonial style home, close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located private home in Ontario county! Wrap around porch, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outdoor dining/ patio areas, fire pit, and a large well maintained yard. There is also a bar with a bathroom attached to the back barn for outdoor enjoyment. Sleeps 8-9 people comfortably. There is a washer & dryer available and an attached garage. Close to the thruway, wineries, restaurants, Victor, Canandaigua, etc.
The space
The home has a master bedroom downstairs which has a private door to the downstairs bathroom which contains a walk-in shower and a claw foot tub. The kitchen includes an open live edge countertop with seating leading to the dining room, and also a door leading to the back patio and fire pit. A cozy living room which leads to the upstairs where there are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. Attached to the back barn is a bar and more outdoor seating/dining area with a bathroom and a private back yard and another fire pit.
Guest access
The home is close to the thruway, there are parks, restaurants, a grocery store and a brewery right in town. Close to Victor or Canandaigua for more shopping or other activities and experiences. Ample parking, driveways.

Great house for history and family

This location was great for our family enjoying upstate NY church history sites and state parks. We appreciated the games, grill, and fire pit and room to eat and relax.

Ironman Race Weekend

This was a great place to stay for our Ironman 70.3 race weekend, the house came equipped with games and adventures for the kids. The main road is fairly busy but the peaceful backyard and fire pit made up for it! We would gladly stay again!

Had a great stay. Home was clean. All necessities were provided. Home was perfect for our needs. Master bed was comfortable. Host was incredible. Quick to respond and super helpful. Location was perfect for our plans. Only issue were the stink bugs that were all over up stairs but that’s all due to their unusual hot weather. Kids just all had to sleep downstairs instead on the floor.

Bach Party Weekend

This property was amazing and accommodated our group so well. The check in process was so easy. There was so many nice features included as well! It was close enough to canandaigua but far enough away where we weren’t in the town! Great experience and highly recommend!

Comfy house near Rochester

We enjoyed our stay as two families attending a wedding in Rochester. It was close enough to make going in and out convenient enough but a big enough house for us to share. The house was just as advertised. Our only regret was not having enough time to use the fire pit and bar.

Quaint Getaway....

This property is exactly as described. The only thing not described is it is on a main road. Some noise from cars/trucks. But the overall picturesque setting is beautiful. We had 6 adults in our party, and there was enough room to move around & relax. Upstairs has two bedrooms, one with two double beds & the other with a queen. Also a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a master bedroom & bath. All bedrooms have window a/c, very comfortable. Kitchen has coffee pot, toaster, microwave. Easy to cook in & move around. Outside is quiet and beautiful. A path to the firepit, which lights up at night with solar lights. So inviting & fun. The property is in a great location. There are diners & grocery stores less than 3 miles away. About 7 miles from downtown Canandaigua. An hour & 45 minutes to Niagara Falls, and wineries all around. I would highly recommend this property. The owner is easy to contact, it's clean & roomy.

Location worked great for our large group. Was perfectly located for family to stop and visitors. Fire pit was great set up even though we never got to use it.
