If you are looking for a place to relax, Villa Fallbrook is the place for you. Elegant private pool house, private pool, and beautiful views. Perfect for business travelers, snowbirds, visiting family, etc. Your hosts live in the main house on the same property. We're a quiet middle-aged couple sharing our gorgeous property with those who also appreciate a peaceful environment. No smoking, parties, gatherings, extra guests, children or pets.
The space
Villa Fallbrook is newly finished construction, completed in early 2021. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee or tea and watch the sun rise over the mountains while lounging in a comfortable chair on the patio. Our house sits on the 15th hole of the Pala Mesa Golf Course. A full kitchen allows you the flexibility of staying in or going out for meals. Everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal is here. All you need to bring is your favorite ingredients.
Free WIFI and NETFLIX on the 75" flatscreen TV.
The King sized bed is amazingly comfortable and white terry cloth robes are provided for your lounging convenience.
The pool deck has padded lounge chairs, umbrellas and a baja deck so you can lounge in the water and stay cool. You will have the private pool all to yourselves.

Hot tub and the fragrance of jasmine

I searched for hot tub and king bed and the Villa did not disappoint. Lovely stay for a couple of special occasions! Pamela was professional and very responsive. Rental space is large and clean. The smell of jasmine was a wonderful spring bonus. Thank you!

Beautiful, elegant, relaxing, luxurious

Our four night stay here was exceptional. From the beautifully appointed casita, comfort of furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, there is nothing left to desire. It is everything we look for in an accommodation. Our host, Pam, was friendly and informative. We were even treated to fresh warm banana bread. We will be staying here for years to come.

Best Place To Relax

This was hands down the best short term rental I have ever stayed in. Pamela was a gracious host. Complete privacy at the pool all day into the evening. I will definitely be back to put my phone on do not disturb and soak up the sunshine.

Beautiful setting for our 25th.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this was a perfect place for it. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. Pamela thought of everything when decorated the interior, from the well stocked kitchen to all the necessities provided in the bath and pool area. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

A little slice of Heaven

Took my wife to stay at Villa Fallbrook for her birthday. The property is nice and new. The pool was amazing. The door is a massive 5 paned sliding door so we had the breeze coming in and a view of the pool. The decor inside and out is so well done. Pamela must be an interior decorator. Full kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. If you’re looking for an incredible place to stay this is it! Needless to say, we had the perfect staycation birthday getaway.

Gorgeous- Serene- Romantic

The property was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. It was equipped with everything you needed and much more. The amenities were high end and the outdoor area was equivalent to having your own personal intimate resort style paradise. Our host Pamela was amazing, she answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. This will definitely be the only place I stay going forward when I'm visiting the area.

Perfect quiet getaway

The Villa is not only a quiet oasis place, It’s beautiful, with all the accommodations you would need. Pamela, is a perfect host who meets, greets and answers any questions we had, and then lets us relax and enjoy the Villa to ourselves. Highly recommended!!

The perfect property

A perfect weekend or longer. All the amenities one could desire. Pool, Jacuzzi, Outdoor patio, Barbeque grills, Big Screen entertainment, large modern kitchen designed for long vacations. Perfect couples getaway

Me and my wife both loved staying at this property. We were celebrating our 2 year wedding anniversary and just wanted some time alone to relax from our everyday lives with work and children and this was perfect. Our host was amazing and very friendly and also quickly responded if we had any questions about anything. I would 100% recommend this place to any couples looking to get away for a peaceful relaxing weekend or weekday trip.

Quiet, luxurious, and relaxing

Villa Fallbrook was the perfect getaway for our 15 year wedding anniversary. It was a beautiful and luxurious pool house with a gorgeous pool and hot tub for our private use among the beautiful mountainous landscape. We loved watching the hummingbirds and other colorful birds come to the feeders placed around the property. We so enjoyed our very relaxing stay.

Beautiful Quiet Comfortable Luxurious

Pamela is a gracious, kind, thoughtful and pleasant host. We could not have asked for more. The property was immaculate. The contents inside and the furniture outside were all of high quality and very comfortable. All the amenities required for a comfortable getaway were provided. The most peaceful and wonderful stay

Our experience was amazing. The host was friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a wonderful stay. No matter the time of the hour if we had a question she was just a text away. I hope we're able to use this place as our getaway place. Anniversary outing

The villa was lovely, perfect for two! The weather was a bit too cool to make use of the pool but the hot tub was awesome, used it every night. We enjoy getting out and seeing new places, so with this being our first time to southern California we really appreciated all the suggestions of places to see and restaurants to try that Pamela was ready to share with us. All in all a great time!

Wonderful way to bring in the New Year!

Pamela graciously welcomed us at the gate. Everything from the scenery, Villa decor, salt water Jacuzzi, and attention to detail made for a relaxing mini getaway! Pamela surprised us with a bottle of champagne which we overlooked to pack! Wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you again Pamela 😊

Brief Respite

My wife and I wanted to have a Fallbrook getaway. This property and the property owner, Pamela, provided a casual but elegant overnight. She heated the jacuzzi-styled tub, overflowing into the pool, just for us. Perfect temperature. The appointments of the unit were posh. It is one BIG room, with an adjacent bathroom; containing a kitchenette, dining area, sitting area, bed area and "thinking" space. A definite 5 star. One recommendation was to have more blackout curtains. Overall - wonderful!

Stylish accommodation w/ breathtaking views, & soul-soothing serenity

This villa offers an extremely pleasant and comfortable stay. Nestled up in the hills of a private community, it offers an exotic-like, secluded place of relaxation and reflection for you and your companion. My wife was astonished and extremely pleased when we arrived to our stay at this guesthouse(which I surprised her with). It's extremely clean, extraordinarily neat and organized. From the countless small amenities provided, everything you need is at you reach. We only ventured out once for dinner, as it's so pleasant and relaxing, that you'll not want to leave. The gorgeous and spacious jaccuzi was amazing, and the pool was as well. As other reviewers have mentioned, the photos don't do this place justice. Pamela is a very kind and attentive host, who's always just a text away for any assistance. She makes sure to not disturb her guests and provides them with the utmost privacy during their stay, you won't even see her. The views of the mountains and the Southern Cal landscape are worth it alone. The only downside of staying at Villa Fallsbrook, is having to eventually leave.

A SoCal Hidden Haven

I booked this property for a much needed cousin's night away from our family and away from where we live-- but not too far! She is visiting from college out of state and we're both local gals. We both were in heaven at this little villa. A gem in the hills. It felt as though we were up in Napa or something! This is located about an hour's drive from San Diego. The area is super quiet, and the surroundings are beautiful both inside and outside. Our favorite part of our trip was hands down, the hot tub. We did not use the pool, but both are stunning. The photos do not do justice. Inside the villa, we enjoyed an immaculately clean environment. The decor is contemporary but has flair that isn't over the top. Lots of white throughout and the natural colors of the furnishings made the space feel so open yet cozy. There is plenty of natural lighting during the day and is well lit inside after dark. We loved the luxuriously thick robes and towels that are supplied as well as the king size bed that felt like a cloud. The bathroom is very roomy--hot water available in the shower very quickly. There is shampoo and body wash available plus a little basket of extra little toiletries just in case. We did not make much use of the full kitchen, but there isn't anything I could think of that is missing had we wanted to cook or even bake. Just groceries of course. Plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils. There is a full size fridge with two freezer drawers with plenty of ice available plus a filtered water and ice dispenser that we really appreciated having. There was also coffee and tea on the counter and a jar of little snacks. Pamela had made sure that every little detail would make for a stress free stay for her guests. Extra pillows, luggage racks, plenty of hangers and space to hang clothes in the wardrobe. Upon arrival, she met us outside after dark, in the rain with her umbrella and flashlight guiding us in like an airplane on a runway haha. She showed us where everything was at, and importantly, where the first aid kit and fire extinguisher were located. She was available by phone if we had any questions and would let us know when the hot tub was heated up and ready to enjoy. She has the villa wifi and rules posted clearly on the fridge and was out of sight for the entire stay. She has put a lot of thoughtful planning into her villa and you can see that she has made it an investment that provides a luxury hotel experience for guests. Do not hesitate-GO!

A little slice of heaven!

Wonderful property - exactly as advertised and perfect for a little romantic getaway. Serene, beautiful. area and the accommodations are fresh, new, clean, cozy and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, plus a BBQ and Traeger. And the jacuzzi was paradise! Loved our stay and Pamela is a delightful host. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this property if you want a fabulous getaway for two.

Luxury with a view

We were so surprised and happy with the elegance of the property. A wall of windows slide open from the living room to the pool and jacuzzi. This house is spectacular. More than enough room for two and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. My girlfriend and I commented several times that we would love to live there but also stay again when we're both in town. Our Host Pamela was gracious and accommodating every step of the way. LOVE THIS GEM 💎

Fabulous Fallbrook Villa

What an absolute amazing villa. This was our first VRBO booking and it was IMMACULATE!! We will be hard pressed to find a more luxurious stay with so much to offer. The villa, private pool/hot tub and amenities were top notch! You'll have everything you need for a quiet weekend or week long stay. Pamela is the best!! Super friendly and accommodating. Don't hesitate to book this one folks....you wont regret it!!!
