Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this completely updated, kid friendly townhouse in Eagle Crest. Equipped with AC, a cozy fireplace, 2 patios and lots of unique touches. In under 30 minutes you can be in Bend, Sisters, Smith Rock and more. Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo Ski Resorts are 45 min. or less. All resort amenities are right out the front door! Choose between multiple pools, toddler splash pad, hot tubs, golf courses, 3 sports centers, a spa and many restaurants.

Please note while our listing shows that our property sleeps 6 guests, this is comfortably met by 4 adults and two children. We have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 travel crib and 1 couch that has a full size pull out. There is amble room in the master bedroom for a floor bed (not provided). We have extra sheets for the sofa bed in the downstairs closet and bedding upstairs in the second bedroom. Please leave the sofa bed out if its been used.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels in the wash if time allows
If you used the sofa bed please leave it out so that the cleaners know to give it proper attention.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No marijuana inside the house at all (even just for storage)
Please remove shoes while inside the house
Please be mindful of the neighbors. There are other guests and many of the houses are residents of Eagle Crest. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

We took day trips to Sisters, Redmond, Bend and surrounds; returning to sit & relax on the deck with calming views of golf course, fountains & ponds. Easy access & parking. Comfortable beds, well/stocked baths & kitchen. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect for a quick weekend

Everything we needed for a quick stay in town. Well-decorated and nice to have an upstairs for a more spacious feel. Beds were super comfy! Only thing that would have been nice was shampoo/soap in the second bathroom. Also a heads up that they prefer to have towels in the dryer before leaving so since we had an early start on our last day I had to wake a bit earlier to get that done. Other than that, great location and the owner was friendly and responsive! Thanks for a great stay!

Short weekend in Redmond

This condo is cute and nicely appointed. It is located near to the resort facilities which is handy. Everything was clean and communication was good. The one thing renters should know is that it really is not set up to sleep 6 as the listing advertises. There is one king bed and one queen. That’s it…no sleeper sofa. So unless you are really comfortable with sharing beds it’s not a sleep 6 property.

Super Nice and Convenient

The home is well stocked, clean, and feels/looks new. Loved having my own bag of freshly ground coffee in the morning! Each bedroom has access to a separate bathroom so a ton of privacy between us. The back deck overlooks a small pond that had plenty of bird watching opportunities. This is a great place and short walk across the street to the clubhouse for golfing. Thank you for sharing your home!

We currently live in Florence, Oregon a small town along the along the Oregon Coast. Kevin works 5 days a week alongside his brother as as mechanics at the auto shop their dad started over 20 years ago. Lindsey founded her business, Meant Manufacturing in 2015 designing and selling handbags and accessories. Ryker (7 years old) spends his days riding bikes and playing outside. We love to spend our time outside, hiking, snowboarding, exploring and participating in automotive & motor sports.

Why they chose this property

We are 6th generation Oregonians and our love for this state runs deep. We both spent much of our childhood and young adult lives in Central Oregon and while we never thought we would leave, our work told us otherwise. We currently reside along the Central Oregon Coast but are thrilled that we have made our dream of a second home in Central Oregon possible! We have a wild toddler who we can not imagine raising without a touch of Central Oregon in his heart. This property in Eagle Crest means so much to our little family and we love that we get to share it with the world.

What makes this property unique

When our family (and our families families) started to grow it because less convenient to stay in their homes when we would visit Central Oregon. We had made the goal of purchasing a second home and knew we had to explore different neighborhoods to see what loved the most. in November of 2020 we rented this EXACT SAME UNIT! I remember loving our stay and thinking, 'IF we end up in Eagle Crest I want my space to be exactly like this one, I love it so much'. After months and months of daily searching it was much to my surprise when I saw this exact unit listed for sale. Because we had stayed in the unit the seller relinquished their 'site unseen clause' and we made an offer that day.
We absolutely love the updates that the old owner made to this space. From the color of the kitchen cabinets, to the tile backsplash in the kitchen and fireplace surround, it's just so tastefully done and stylish. The amenities of the resort are so family friendly which we love. Each time we visit we find more things we love about the community and its location. We can't wait to share it with you!
