This comfortable 27 m² studio, located on the 4th floor with elevator, offers a bright and modern space, and consists of :

- a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm),
- open-plan kitchen/diner with coffee machine, blender, kettle, hob and fridge,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, hair dryer,
- air conditioning, central heating,
- wifi.

A management fee of €351 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
