This home is perfect for relaxing in North Scottsdale and has ALL brand-new furnishings! The Grayhawk neighborhood is close to the most amazing golf courses in the world and you'll be just minutes away from fine dining, spring training and WestWorld with easy access to Scottsdale Road and 101. Bring your foursome or the entire family and relax by the pool or enjoy nearby bike and hiking trails. Gather around the large kitchen, dining room table, family room and outdoor seating. There are smart TV's in every bedroom and a 65" smart TV in the living room.
Propane Grill on back patio. External security cameras and a professionally monitored alarm system.
Landscape and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days.
Pool heater may be available for a fee during the months of March through October.
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited and strictly enforced by the City of Scottsdale.

This is a beautiful, CLEAN, roomy place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The pool is great and well maintained, and the house is fully stocked with amenities. The owners were in communication with us the duration of our stay and answered any questions we had quickly! Highly recommend this property!

Excellent home in a nice area

We stayed at the Ridgecrest home while visiting in Scottsdale. This is a nice home a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and with everything you need including a very nice pool. Amy was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Will stay again when we return to Scottsdale.

AZ Trip

This was a trip back to AZ to visit family and friends. The house was fantastic and gave us the perfect setting for some much needed rest and relaxation. Excellent Stay in North Scottsdale

We stayed Thanksgiving week at this excellent home with three adults and two children. The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked for all of our needs. The house is in a very nice neighborhood near stores and restaurants. Amy was an excellent host, promptly responding to my questions — and quickly getting a plumber out to us for an unforeseeable plumbing issue. The pool was great, and preheated as we requested. We will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Amazing Escape!!

Very quiet, relaxing clean property. Safe community with easy access to hiking, restaurants and shopping. Basic essentials were perfect. Amy was very nice and easy to work with. Definitely worth heating the pool during cooler temperatures. A must rent ! Great property to accommodate 2-6 people easily. Lots of room.

Amazing Stay

I can not say enough about this home. Amy is an incredible host who was always willing to help and was kind enough to check on us during our visit. Their house is fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the whole house is newly updated and incredibly clean! We found the neighborhood has a basketball court and two playgrounds. Our kids loved the area. The pool was great as was the entire outdoor area. The proximity to shopping and restaurants was great as well. This place deserves greater than the 5 stars we could give it. We will be back to this house our next time in Scottsdale!

The Perfect House

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at Ridegcrest in Amy and Jim’s lovely home. The location was great, within easy reach of shops, services as well as attractions, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. But their home is what made it special. Our hosts thought of everything. From lovely furnishings, to a fully stocked kitchen to poolside seating to exceptional laundry and kitchen equipment. We have never stayed in a home so complete and well cared for. Although it was a chillier than usual month, we still enjoyed walks around the Grayhawk neighborhoods. Amy was most helpful and quick to respond to questions. We look forward to staying at Ridgecrest in the future!

perfect house in Scottsdale

We had a fantastic time while visiting Scottsdale. This house was perfect! Everything we needed, and all amenities were in close proximity. We’ve been to Arizona multiple times and this was by far the best experience we had. The house was very clean and well put together. The back yard was beautiful and the pool was a nice addition. The owners were easy to contact and were very flexible, they even offered us early check in! Arizona is a yearly thing for us and we definitely will rent here again! Thank you!
