Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it is just a few minutes’ walk from the vibrant La Banane district, where you can quickly reach the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, restaurants, shops, and beaches. The apartment has two entrances, including a secondary one located at 78 Avenue de Vallauris, for added convenience and flexibility.
Whether for a holiday, remote work, or a business trip, this apartment is designed to provide all the comfort you need.

You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
