Sea-Esta is located on the Atlantic Ocean with a private white sandy beach. If the ocean isn’t calling you, Sea-Esta by the heated pool to cool off and work on your tan. Or, Sea-Esta in your master bedroom with its king-size bed and ocean views from its small deck. Sea-Esta under the shade of the lush landscaping that Sea Isle has to offer.
Walking distance to Sunset Park, 3 par golf course, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, and playground. Safe bike/walking paths throughout Key Colony.
There is a tiki hut with 2 gas grills and outdoor tables to eat on and shuffleboard on-premises as well. You can access the internet from the tiki and pool area.
The unit is on the second floor. There is no elevator you must be able to climb stairs.

Key Colony Beach is its own small city located off from the city of Marathon. Centrally located halfway between Key West and Key Largo, allowing you to enjoy all the Keys while visiting. There is so much to do! Visit Aquarium Encounters, The Turtle hospital, The Dolphin Research center, snorkeling, diving, charter fishing excursions, all within a fifteen-minute drive.

The condo was spotless and the beach was amazing as always. We love staying at Sea Isle, this was our first time in this particular condo and it did not disappoint.

The host was very welcoming and responsive to my questions. She even checked for a pair of glasses I thought I had misplaced. The property was very clean, a quiet location and met our expectations. The other people in the complex were friendly and the sunset beach in the neighborhood - with all the neighbors gathering was a fun surprise. The location worked well for our vacation plans. The small private beach and pool allowed us to relax on site without having to travel to enjoy the Florida weather. I would highly recommend the property.

The host was very responsive to our questions. She took care of our concerns quickly. We are appreciative. Things to improve on: renters ability to control thermostat. Lack of heat. Add some wine glasses(1 just isn't enough haha)

Sea Isle Stay

We stayed at the Sea Isle 15 years ago, and I can say that it hasn't changed all those years! The proximity to the ocean and the beautiful Sunset Park are what brought us back.

Sea Esta - Fabulous unit

This was our 3rd time to stay at Sea Isle. We absolutely love this complex and this recent stay did not disappoint. Kari and her Sea Esta unit exceeded our expectations. She goes over and above to make your stay the best. We will definitely be staying here again!

Sea Isle Condo

The property was very nice, my only suggestion is that in the VRBO listing, I think the owner should state that there are no elevators in the building. That would’ve been a key decision for me. I was on the second floor and had to schlep all my luggage and food and groceries up the stairs. It was not pleasant. Other than that, the property was great.

AH-MAZING

Holy moly - we had a perfect trip! STEPS FROM THE BEACH! We spent each day out by the ocean with the lounge chairs provided by the development. We read, swam around, watched the boats..sometimes napped. After going out for dinner each night, we came back and sat by the ocean to look at the stars. The ONLY thing I have that's even remotely a negative has absolutely nothing to do with our unit or property manager. The development only had 3 moveable umbrellas down by the beach, and zero moveable umbrellas at the pool. Without an umbrella, you might as well go ahead to get ready to scorch under the Florida sun. For that exact reason, we didn't utilize the pool once. We are already looking at booking with Kari for next year. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Very comfortable and well equipped condo.

The condo is well laid out and beautifully decorated. Little touches like a drying rack and hooks on the back of doors came in very handy. We enjoyed sitting on the lawn chairs and looking at the beautiful view. We will definitely be back!
