Live like a local in this newly remodeled, well appointed home located in the heart of Arcadia Lite! Your hosts are Phoenix Arcadia residents and want to share their love of this community with you. This residence has everything you need to relax and enjoy Phoenix/Scottsdale living!
The home is 1600 sq. ft of living space. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and 1 luxurious attached in-law suite that has its own mini "kitchen” and full bathroom. MGH boasts a beautiful, LARGE backyard so you can capture all that Vitamin D during your time here in AZ.
This property is the perfect place to share with family, friends or even enjoy as a romantic couples getaway.

* Celebrating anything special-- milestone birthday, bachelor/bachelorette, graduations, retirements? We can get you in touch with some wonderful vendors that can help with any special set ups like pre-arrival decorations.

THE NOT-SO-FINE PRINT:
* This is a residential community. Although lively during the day, it is quiet at night. Please help us respect our neighbors by maintaining quiet hours from 9pm-7am.
* Pet fee is to cover the pet cleaning fee passed onto us by our cleaning company for any furry guests. Any additional damages to furniture, linens, ect. caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit (this includes non-removeable pet hair and stains!)
* For any stays exceeding 3 weeks, $100 deep cleaning fee will be added to the reservation, in addition to the standard cleaning fee.
* For any stays exceeding 4 weeks, guests will receive a mid-stay cleaning (at approximately 2 week mark, scheduled with the guests) and an additional $200 will be added, in addition to the standard cleaning fee.

- If you indulged in the hot tub, please make sure cover is put back on
- If you want to do us a solid and start a load of white towels prior to leaving, it would help us a ton!
- Don't forget to log out of any of your personal streaming services on the devices
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Home is in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am everyday
Please keep pets OFF the furniture. Use designated area in the backyard for potty breaks. Any pet related damages, will be deducted from deposit.
Help keep our linens white! Use black towels for makeup, spa and fitness towels for outdoors. No food/drinks in bed.

Great stay! Great hosts, had everything we needed from the hot tub to putt putt, cornhole, and board games. The host left us a little gift upon arrival. They were also very responsive to any needs we had. Can’t thank them enough for such a beautiful stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

The hosts were wonderful. Provided good recommendations in the area as well. The place was in a great location, very cute, well equipped and clean. Additionally, they left us a super sweet welcome basket! Definitely would recommend and stay again ourselves if we return to Scottsdale.

Once you arrive at this property... it's easy to see why they have so many five star reviews..... wow!Impeccably clean and maintained. Simple tasteful decor. High quality amenities. Residential stocked kitchen... Everything you could possibly want. Hot tub was perfection at 102 degrees. Thoughtful extras... blue tooth speaker, welcome basket, condiments and coffee.... Neighborhood is as good as it gets in Phoenix... character homes, some new builds all maintained beautifully. Families strolling in the morning and evening with their pups. Very safe area. Restaurants, bars, shopping within a mile. Hosts were professional, accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Loved this house! Sunny and Sean put so much love and care into their home down to the littlest details. Not only was the home super cute, it was super close to everything and anything you needed! Highly recommend this home!

What a beautiful home with everything we needed. The local restaurants were fabulous (hit Nook for sure) . We didn’t move the rental car for the first 36 hours. So delightful! We will be back.

Monterosa green spring trip

This property was perfect. I’ve stayed in many vrbo’s and this home was the cleanest and best maintained of all of them. Newly renovated and well appointed. The hosts were awesome. I would recommend this house if you are staying in the Phoenix area.

Simply the best

This was our second stay at Sean and Sunny's property and we were just as pleased as we were the first time. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Our kids love the bunk bed, the books and games, along with the backyard. Great location to walk to several local restaurants and easy access to major roads and highways. The casita is great if you are staying with extended family as well. We love it and will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautifully put together in a quiet neighborhood; the branding is on point and well crafted throughout the house. The hosts didn’t skimp on anything, we had everything we needed for our week stay. Check-in was easy, the book the hosts have put together explain everything in the house and give suggestions for dining, by price range, to things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!

Our group of 4 golf buddies stayed at the Monterosa Green House for a long weekend and we were blown away at how beautiful the home is. Every finish and detail in the house is top notch. It's plain to see that the owners have excellent taste in decorating and remodeling. Sunny and Sean were wonderful to work with and made our trip easy. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the putting green in the back yard. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Phoenix look no further! This place is the best. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix.

What a great place!

The MGH was the perfect spot for our family over Thanksgiving break! Beautiful decor, great backyard with plenty of room for activities, and everything our family was looking for and more! Sunny & Sean are incredible hosts and have thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, a beautiful welcome basket greeted us when we arrived, the bunk bed room had kids books for our son, and when we locked ourselves out of the house on Thanksgiving Sean was at the house within 5 minutes with a spare key - what a lifesaver! We especially loved our morning walks to the park and stopping by LGO on our way home for a treat! So many great walkable treasures - LGO, Postinos, Ingos, etc.! We definitely plan to be back!

Wedding Week

We came into town for a family wedding for a week with our two young children and my parents. We were four adults and two kids and the house could not have been more perfect! The location alone is fantastic but the decor and attention to detail was the icing on the cake. My parents stayed in the in-law suite in the back of house and we stayed inside with the kids. Our son is only 3 and sleeps in a toddler bed at home but he had no problem sleeping in the lower bunks. They had lots of activities and books for kids, and we had a lot of fun playing with the cornhole and using the golf green in the backyard. The house was extremely comfortable and the hosts were incredibly acommodating. Will definitely stay again next time we are back in town! Highly recommend for families, couples, or groups of friends!

Great location! Close to everything in Arcadia.

Such a lovely updated home. The communication from the owners was clear and welcoming. We arrived to a wonderful welcome gift that included wine and dog treats from some local businesses. Very nice touch. Every room was well appointed and the backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Hi! We are the Dunlaveys and can't wait to host you! Phoenix (Arcadia) has been our home for the last 14+ years and we couldn't imagine living anywhere else. We are college sweethearts who now have a young daughter, a yellow labrador, and little rescue pup. We love to hike, try new restaurants and travel. When we are not off exploring a new city, we are blessed to come home to this amazing community.

Why they chose this property

We bought and set up Monterosa Green House as a way to share our love of Arcadia with visitors. The decor is inspired by the local citrus and Sunny's traditional meets modern styling.

What makes this property unique

When you stay at MGH, you are family. We have put so much love into setting up this home and can't wait to share it with you! There are many personalized touches throughout. Our goal is for our guests to be beyond satisfied, but if there is ever an issue, we live 5 min away and are available by text.
