Tranquil Lakefront 3 bedroom 5 bed 3 bath condo in Lake of the Ozarks State Park

Incredible views from an updated condo nestled in the State Park ( MM5 of the Grand Glaize) just a 2 min boat ride to PB 2 . Boat slip available based off of availability. If you are looking for water sports and relaxation we are located around the bend from cliff jumping and a 15 minute boat ride to Back Water Jacks in the heart of Osage Beach. By land you are surrounded by State Park hiking trails for all levels, horseback riding and some of the best fishing the lake has to offer. Inside we are the top floor unit with vaulted ceilings giving you a phenomenal view of the lake from every angle. Sit on the deck and watch the Eagles soar, the deer come in at night or the boats floating by. The Master Bedroom is a walkout to the deck and an incredible view of the sunrise from bed. A full master bathroom is attached. The main floor has an open floor plan allowing views from every direction. There is a 2nd bedroom on the main floor as well as a bathroom that sits off the living room. Upstairs is a spacious loft with 2 queen beds and a bathroom and a shower and washer and dryer. This loft is the 3rd bedroom thanks to a set of accordion dividers that close it off for privacy when needed but again open allowing spectacular views of the lake. An added feature in the loft is the “Captains Quarters” which is a small attached room witth a twin bed and privacy.
The State Park offers 2 public boat ramps PB1 and PB2, as well as the State Park Marina in the Grand Glaze offers slips for rent to meet your needs. Nearby boat rentals are available at WFO Watercraft rentals, The Getaway Watercraft rentals and many more. Entertainment by boat or land is endless. By land you are 16 minutes from Osage beach for dinner, shopping and all your needs. By water you are surrounded by the best water for tubing, floating and relaxing and then a 10 minute boat ride to Dog Days, 15 min to Backwater Jacks and 20 minutes to Redheads and Shorty Pants. If staying on land is your preference we have a pool for you to cool off in and enjoy.

Great Stay

This condo is fantastic. The size and view is great for family and friends. It provides enough room and separation for privacy at the end of the day and is close enough to Osage Beach that it doesn't feel like a chore traveling. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Vacation getaway

The property matched the listing, no surprises. It was very clean, well maintained and cozy. Loved the upstairs area which is where I slept. Communication with the owner/manager was very good and everything was done to make our stay a pleasant one. The check in letter provided essential info about the area and entertainment, dining, etc which was very helpful. Overall, an amazing property, awesome owners which gave our group a great vacation!!!!!! We would definitely book again and highly recommend this property.

Great home on the lake

We had a great trip to Lake of the Ozarks and Ami’s property was perfect for us. We enjoyed the lake view from the deck and had a great time at the pool with our son. It was a great trip and I’d recommend the property to anyone.

Perfect lake getaway

This Condo was the perfect location for our lake getaway. I loved the sleeping arrangement, it was great set up for 2 families, the kids liked having their own hang out/sleeping area/ and bathroom in the loft. The location on the lake was great and close to restaurants as well as quiet coves and less busy areas for tubing.

We were staying with extended family including four teenagers. They loved having the upstairs loft (which can sleep 5) to themselves. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Love the Condo

Our stay was great. The home was nice and accommodated our guest perfectly. The fishing was also outstanding though the docks have no pole holders. This was no reflection to the home. We will bring our own pole ties going forward.

Cozy and Relaxing with a View

This place was so adorable and cozy. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The community was lovely and the people were so nice. There is a pool that we spent a lot of time at as well. This condo is right on the lake side so it has gorgeous views!! We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. Ami was quick with her responses and was extremely kind. This is a MUST STAY at Place. You will Not regret it! We will definitely be back!!

Fabulous Condo in a State Park setting

The property was exactly as advertised and did not disappoint in any way. Fully furnished and ready for whatever your plans might be. Well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Plenty of towels for our crew of 7 people. Excellent hot water and water pressure. Great deck with a fantastic view of the lake, a retractable shade awning plus a grill. The beds and furniture were comfy. Great A/C and plenty of fans to keep the air moving. The WiFi was fast and robust. We were so happy with our choice and we will absolutely be back again.

If you like a secluded place this is it! It is hidden in the Ozark State Park. The condo was all stairs. We ended up on the 3rd. floor. The pool was not close to the condo had to drive or walk up a big hill to get to it!! The condo was great! Spacious and clean!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our 2 families. Very hospital host and very responsive. The condo had everything we needed. The loft made a great space for the kids. The Captain's Quarters was a perfect small space in the loft for our older daughter to have her own space away from the younger kids. Property located on a quieter part of the lake allowing for water sports with minimal boat traffic. We were able to rent a boat slip near the condo. There was also a nice pool and well maintained facilities. We would definitely stay again.

Great Cozy Place right on the water

The condo was super cute and cozy, balcony looks right out to the water and docks. Everything you needed or could have possibly needed was in the condo as far as towels, wash cloths, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, literally everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and a Keurig with K-Cups. Check in process was a breeze, Ami was great to work with and even checked on us the morning after check in. Beds are super comfy and decor is perfect for the “lake life” Everything was clean except there was a dirty tissue left behind on the window sill in the small bedroom and there was some hair on the downstairs bathroom floor, but otherwise everything was perfect. The only part that wasn’t enjoyable was walking up the four flights of stairs to get to the condo, that was exhausting when unloading and loading. There grounds are very well kept and everyone we encountered was friendly. The quiet hours are just that, quiet. This was a wonderful place to stay and I look forward to staying again in the future. Ami nailed it with ensuring you have a comfortable stay and have all the items you need.

Perfect

Wow! This place is amazing. If you’re looking for a quiet, tranquil getaway with a gorgeous view and scenic drive this is the stay for you! The condo is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The owners did an awesome job communicating all the info we needed and made sure everything about the condo was satisfactory. There is a washer/dryer for guests to use at their convenience (made it easy not having to pack so much). We traveled with our four year old and he kept saying “wow this is such a fancy cottage!” He absolutely loved the docks and searching for shells on the beach. We found some turtles crossing the road and lots of deer too! The location was perfect for getting to food, shopping, and activities. We visited the Target that was close by (20mins) for things we forgot to pack with us. We had no problem finding things to do. The indoor water park at Margaritaville was a fun afternoon. We also visited Backwater Jacks (YUM) and Bridal Cave. Our stay was one of our most favorable vacations we’ve had as a family. Without question, we will be staying here again!!
