Very nice location for access to restaurants and shops. We didn’t ski because the hill was not open yet. We were there for the hiking. Good sleeping arrangements. Well stocked coffee and cooking supplies.

Great Place to Stay at Winter Park

Convenient location, clean, easy shuttle access, well laid-out, responsive host. Really enjoyed our stay here to go skiing for the weekend

Amazing location

The property is great. There were 3 of us and we were comfortable, it might be tight if you have more than 5-6 people. Location is amazing close to restaurants not far from the ski resort. The condo is updated well maintained very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels hand soap- it was nice that we didn’t have to purchase these items. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Overall amazing stay!

Small unit, but the convenience of a downtown location

The property was extremely well appointed with not just appliances and dinnerware, but all you need in the kitchen. I really appreciate owners who provide spices and oils to cook, and even more they provided teas and coffee. Really nice touch! Most of the unit is fully updated/upgraded, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. Kevin was a great host and communicated with me quickly and effectively. Since I was not all clear on the property I made mistakes but he worked with me to make it right. The living space of this small condo is comfortable, but it would be rather cramped with more than two people. I had to downgrade a bit just because the small bedroom was a tight fit with 3 beds and you had nowhere to put anything. I ski weekend do require a lot of clothes and coats. The many hooks were helpful.

Perfect location & amazing communication with the owner

I'm not a big fan of writing reviews but I felt like the owners deserved a review as this was the best rental we have ever stayed at. From the start the communication with the owner Kevin was very easy. We had a ton of questions because we haven't had the best experience with other VRBO owners. Every question was answered and VERY QUICKLY at that. The location of this unit is perfect. We like staying downtown because it is more lively at night after you ski so we always pick this area summer or winter. We were able to walk across the street for a pair of gloves and hat when my husband forgot his at home. It was nice to get that done the day we arrived vs having to get it at the base the morning we skied, oops our fault. There is a great ice cream shop, some cute stores and good places to eat. I liked not having to take the car out once we were back at the condo. Unit itself is great. I think it is updated because the building isn't new so they must have updated it. They did a beautiful job for what we have experienced in the area. Beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of towels and supplies. I would not hesitate to book this unit again and may for another time this ski season. Thanks Kevin again for your quick response it made us feel very comfortable before hand.

Beautiful place! Great location! Covered parking!

This is a wonderful condo, beautifully decorated at a great location close to lots of places to eat, drink and shop Ski shuttle picks up across the street. Owners responded quickly to questions and were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Owning property in Winter Park is a lifetime dream and being able to share my love with others is a true joy. Our family considers Winter Park a home away from home, the place that we can escape and have fun making memories. We take special care of all of our units to ensure that our guests have a personalized experience. We do this because we consider these units an extension of our home and want every guest to feel comfortable. We have traveled the world and some of our fondest memories are those staying in vacation rentals.
