This coastal gem that is part of The Capri resort is the answer to all of your problems! Boasting a private, screened-in balcony with an outdoor dining area, A/C, free WiFi, a full kitchen, and access to incredible shared amenities, including a lighted enclosed pool, exercise room, tennis courts, saunas, game room, and indoor basketball court. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool.

Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). the condo was perfect, so spacious and clean! we were able to walk right out onto the beach and walk to several places to eat. The condo had a beautiful view of the sunset right from the balcony looking forward to our next vacation

The condo was very nice and well equipped. We had two children under the age of 2 and the screened in deck was perfect as we didn’t have to worry about falls being on the 12th floor. The floor was not as clean as I would have liked it, but overall it was comfortable and clean. The kids love the pool and the beach.

Very clean but kitchen and bathrooms need updating. Cracked lampshades in one bedroom. Only one extra bed pillow. Utensils (forks, knives, and spoons) were not in the silverware tray. No closet in one bedroom due to strange floor plan. Enclosed balcony was nicely furnished. Repairs needed on a closet door. Kitchen wall clock needed a battery so we put one in.

The check in process for vacasa properties is complete chaos. Everybody has to stand in a line @345, and wait your turn. Receptionists are rude. Nice condo for the price. Housekeeping not so great.

The unit was nice. Had a great balcony. However the place was very dirty. Sand, dust and fingerprints on windows and mirrors. Bathroom s not cleaned tooth paste on all mirrors. Floor very sandy. The property agents on the property were not friendly or accommodating.

The condo overall was functional but it needs to be updated. The bay view was beautiful, but the noise from the busy street is very loud and we wished we were ocean side, away from street noise. Upon arrival the floors were VERY dirty, we requested them to be cleaned which took a few days. There was also dirty laundry left in the unit as well as crumbs in the cabinet. Vacasa gave us a small refund to try to make it right. OC has a lot to offer and many other choices for lodging.

Excellent Place

This place way beyond my expectations. We had 2 families travel for the 4th of July weekend and we fit comfortably. There’s 2 queens beds with their own rooms and tv (the second bed dipped in the middle so I don’t know if it was 2 mattresses or what but it still worked) a room with 2 twin beds, and 3 sofas in living room (2 large & 1 small) which 1 was a pull out sofa with a full size mattress. There’s a full dining room and stocked kitchen (not food but all the cooking utensils and pots and pans and cups. There’s a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and oven. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. 2 bathrooms, 2 showers. There is a private back beach entrance, arcade, pool, gym, sauna, and libraries within the building. Lots of places to walk and Walmart plus was able to deliver groceries to our room. My only complaint was not about the room but the check in is odd. You have to check in with the capri building pay 75 and get 1 parking pass (THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL PARKING PASSES/SPOTS THEY GIVE OUT TO PEOPLE WHO RENT THE UNIT) which was an issue because the booking said we could pay for additional cars and then when we arrived they would not give us or any other guest extra parking and we had to park2nd car elsewhere. Then after you do that you go down 50 blocks to another building to get keys for room. Warning: Security at building is extremely rude to the point I filed a complaint. Also the locals who own condos do not like tourists and they let it show.

HALF BEACH WEEK GREAT LOCATION

Hi! Wanted to share our experience. A few families and kids:) Read the reviews from before. Our close friends have a condo in the Capri building so this worked out perfectly. Beach and Indoor pool were awesome for the kids. Screened in porch was also great for kiddos. There are utensils there! Also Cooking utensils and pots and pans! Bring toilet paper and paper towels:) We bought Toilet Paper-Paper Towels-Dish Soap-Detergent-Hand Soap (and a few pots and pans thinking there would be nothing but the cabinet below near the fridge is FULL) I had asked the property beforehand and the company managing the property said there wasn't...so thats that! There are hand towels for the kitchen-a coffee maker-coffee cups. We had to bring all of our toiletries etc for the bathrooms :) The place is outdated but it's fine if you are just at the beach all day! If you get cold maybe bring a comfy blanket...I purchased one from TJ Max beforehand as the linens are synthetic and not great... Could have more towels and they don't supply beach towels. Hope this helps!

Decent Stay

This condo is very roomy and had plenty of space to have a family of 8. My biggest complain is the cleanliness. Before my arrival, I contacted VACASA to ensure the condo was clean because I read in previous feedbacks there’s a big issue with cleanliness. Once my group arrived, I personally inspected the condo and I found the floors were extremely filthy with dirt, hair, and sand including the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room. You can see the floors weren’t mops and swept. The bathroom located in the back of the condo, the shower door and walls were also dirty. You can clearly see in the shower there’s a white film and housekeeping didn’t clean the shower. I also found a pair of soiled female underwear along with a used feminine pad inside the bedside table and trash in the back of the bedside table. This is extremely disgusting. VACASA wants you to check out by 10am so they can inspect the condo before someone else comes in but you can see they don’t do a good job keeping this place clean before someone comes. That’s literally 6 hours and plenty of time to at least to wash the floors. When you turn on the dryer to dry your clothes, all the heat and lint comes out thru this exhaust fan which causes all the heat and lint to spread all over the kitchen. I had a severe allergy from all the dust and lint in the room. I turned on the oven to cook dinner and the oven started to smoke. I found lots of grease in the over and was very dirty.

Closed Balcony 😡

No outside breeze or beautiful bayside sunset because of asinine balcony enclosure. That really needs to be called out in the description. Very little kitchen ware, no large pots or pans.
