I’m an Utah native who loves the outdoors, snow skiing, boating, golf, all the great things you can do in Utah it’s a beautiful place to live. I’m a flight Attendant who restores houses on my days off. I’m a great host and love meeting people, swapping fun travel stories and planning my next adventure.
Why they chose this property
Beautiful upscale neighborhood with big yards full of mature trees and green grass, secluded, safe and friendly neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, outlets malls and parks nearby, just 15 min from both airports. With its easy freeway access your 18 minutes from the canyons to ski, hike, bike and enjoy Utahs beautiful scenery. Centrally located to all large venue centers, you can get anywhere quick and easy. And what a view, mountains all around, beautiful.

This house is a separate unit on .44 acre lot built in 2022 it sits behind our 4th car garage, with a private driveway and entrance you have easy access to come and go, It’s a two story layout with a bedroom, bathroom and 65’ TV on each level, huge vaulted ceilings it’s a great space to share with friends and family, you’ll feel right at home. Perfect location and easy freeway access to everything, airports, ski resorts, venues, all within a 18 minute drive, Trax train station just up the street, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants all around. This location is perfect and you’ll love looking at all the mountains surrounding the home, come enjoy your stay in Beautiful Draper Utah.
