Beach and Town! Best of Both! Plus Central AC!

Walk to everything! Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac halfway between the shops and restaurants on Main Street and beautiful Surf Drive Beach. This property is on a quiet street with only neighborhood traffic. Cut through the end of the street and be at Ben and Bill’s on Main Street in less than 3/10 of a mile. Head south on Shore Street and be at the beach in ½ a mile. Jump on the bikes and the Shining Sea Bikeway is only a mile farther along beautiful Surf Drive.

The recently renovated home has central air conditioning, a large open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of room for relaxing or watching TV in the living room. The primary bedroom includes a full bathroom and sitting area with TV, providing a private escape. Two other bedrooms share the connected bathroom with full shower and a washer dryer. There are two work spaces if you need to check email or stay connected back home. The large yard offers plenty of room to eat, BBQ, and play yard games. Enjoy a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower after the beach.

Don’t worry about a thing – the fully equipped kitchen has what you need for a lobster broil, breakfast on the patio or enjoying happy hour after the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart for the short walk down to Surf Drive Beach.
