Loved this property! Would definitely stay here again. Some of our group ran the Falmouth half marathon so the hot tub was a great amenity, along with the firepit. Rooms were clean and kitchen was well stocked. Thanks Jon!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful coastal Falmouth home. The location is absolutely perfect and the town of Falmouth is adorable. From the moment we arrived, Jon and Libby made us feel so welcome. They are truly outstanding hosts. The house was spotless, bright, and beautifully decorated, creating such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after our days exploring Cape Cod. We also loved their wonderful recommendations of best local spots. And Libby’s pottery was one of our favorite parts she is so talented. We loved the peaceful backyard, the spacious kitchen and living areas, and how close the home was to the beach. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We can’t say enough good things about both the home and the hospitality. Jon and Libby made our trip truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming Cape Cod getaway.

Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful home! It was recently remodeled and is in pristine condition with beautiful finishes throughout. While we were drawn to the photos in the listing, it is even nicer in person! The layout was great for our family. The main floor has an open plan for kitchen, living and dining areas, and includes the master bedroom with bath and additional guest bathroom and adjacent laundry room. There are two bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom and a large family room – this was perfect as a separate space for our kids. The outdoor space is also excellent, with plenty of seating on the patio and separate firepit area, along with a hot tub. Best of all is the location of the house. It is in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance to both Falmouth beaches (which are very nice!) and the ferry terminal, which we utilized for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. It is a short drive into town, which has much to offer in the way of restaurants and shops. This includes Maison Villatte, a wonderful French bakery that became our favorite spot. Woods Hole is also close by and presents additional opportunities. While we have been to the Cape several times, this was our first time staying in Falmouth and we loved it. The owners Jon and Libby were very responsive and catered to our every need. Their handmade pottery placed throughout the home is also a nice touch. We will be back!
