It is situated on Almeda Road and Rosedale street right in the heart of Houston Museum District and offers lovely city views and close proximity to downtown and major highways and walking distance from Turkey Leg Famous Restaurant and major entertainment, Hermann Park as well as many museums nearby.

This 2700+ Square feet large, modern townhome, is tastefully decorated with a Modern Vibe. The living area has a high-def TV, a Hammock, a Ping Pong Table, and free WiFi as well. With central air throughout the house, you're sure to stay nice and cool during your stay.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, and the breakfast bar seats three. There's a wall of windows, allowing for maximum natural light exposure and a small balcony for when you need fresh air.

All three-bedrooms are Ensuite. The Maser Bedroom is on the third floor and has a king bed, a Sectional that can be opened to be a sleeper sofa.

The Bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed and third bedroom also on the third floor has 2 full beds. There's also a stackable stainless washer and dryer for your convenience. All three bedrooms have custom built walk-in closets.

Nice property

The house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with basic kitchen items. The location is easy to get to/from the highways and local attractions like Minute Maid Park, zoo, and museums.. There is lively local clubs and restaurants within walking distance. The music from those businesses gets pretty loud at night, but not a deterrent for our stay.
