MONTHLY/SEASONAL RENTAL! Welcome to Paradise. This very comfortable and spacious 3rd floor, 1500 sqft 2 bed/2 bath condo has 3 different water views. Master bedroom has King size bed & second bedroom has twin beds. The casual beach condo sleeps 6, and features a fold out sectional sofa, washer/dryer, granite counters, and 2 enclosed lanais. Amenities include basic cable, WiFi, heated pool, canoe/kayak launch, fishing pier, tennis/pickleball court, outdoor grills, updated club room with kitchen. Portobello is a friendly condo complex, close to everything, with access to the bay and its own private beach. This is a place you will love to return to every year. (Please note strict occupancy limit of 6 people. Condo board fines $500 per day for occupancy over 6 people. An HOA information form must be submitted and approved prior to tenancy.)

Wonderful Experience

We could not have had a better stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Elizabeth was an excellent host, answered all of our questions promptly. The property is very well maintained, convenient to shopping and restaurants, the beach a short walk across the street. We hope to stay again in the future.

March in Longboat Condo

Second year at Portobello. Can’t say enough about Portobello property. Liz and Peter’s unit was clean, well stocked, great view of bay and awesome views of eagle family in tree right outside screened porch. Beach access directly across the street with pool area on bayside. Convenient BBQ area. Friendly owners/renters Liz was easy to work with and communication was timely. Love LBK. Will be back.

Portobello is a beautiful property, our condo was wonderful, everything you could possibly need or want… clean, spacious and lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the stackable washer and dryer were perfect. The owners were great to work with!💙🌊🧜‍♀️💙

We are beach/water people, we want to be able to “walk” not drive to the beach. The beach was across

And in our back yard was a dock where you could see dolphins and schools of fish. Location matters… the local coffee bar “the turtle” was two properties down the street! The unit itself was immaculate and very spacious with 2 lanais and water views The beds were comfortable and the linen closet well stocked. We would definitely come back again… loved it!
