An exclusive loft style condo overlooking Scottsdale Road in the Historic Downtown area of Old Town. Use of the Pool at the Valley Ho Resort-Ask me about the details... (Very short walk)… Just a few steps up the spiral staircase to your private roof deck and you will be enjoying a 360 degree view of the Phoenix Valley. . Countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. Including one on the first floor of the building! (Daily Dose - Fantastic Food!) Just a short walk to Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Condo will easily accommodate 4 people with 2 separate private sleeping areas with King bed in Master area. At night pull down the queen Murphy bed to convert the sitting area to a bedroom by sliding over the 9 ft tall frosted glass divider partitions. Master bedroom area can also be closed off with the same type of 9 ft tall dividers.
Underground garage parking available in the building.

Great apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment is in a great location - right in Old Town Scottsdale - you can walk to many restaurants, shops, the Scottsdale Center for Performing Arts, etc. Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Loved the terrace!

Condo 4020 Loft Scottsdale

The condo was perfect for my 4 month stay. I had restaurants, shops, museums, and entertainment within walking distance. The patio was my very favorite place for morning coffee, watching the sunrise. It was a wonderful winter vacation home. Everything about my stay was A+ Thank you Ross for taking such good care of me.

Amazing

My wife and I had a great time had the loft. It was in absolute perfect location in Old Town with an abundance of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Besides the location the loft itself had a very modern feel to it and was in perfect shape upon arrival. Definitely be back next year!

Perfect Location in Old Town

The condo itself is immaculate - it felt like a hotel suite! The owners were very easy to work with and the location was perfect. The glass dividers for both bedrooms worked from a privacy standpoint, although they did not provide sound barriers (as noted by the owners beforehand). This condo is the perfect place for one or two couples to stay with it's proximity to many bars and restaurants.

Great spot!

Very nice condo with contemporary decor and nice views. Ross is excellent in his level of attention and made for a very smooth setup and week. Place is perfect in you like to be "in the mix" as everything is close by. I will look forward to returning. Cheers, Keith

Unbelievable

Went for a 5 day stay....could not have asked for more. Beautiful view, wonderful contemporary loft. Walk TOO ANYTHING you need. Ross was very accommodating. The space was spotless! Balcony views (yes plural) the top one gets you a 360 of the Scottsdale and Phoenix area, great night cap and morning coffee. Can't say enough....wish there were more than just 5 stars.

Absolutely perfect!

There's not one bad thing that we can say about this property. The rooftop patio is great during the day to get some sun, or at night to view all of Scottsdale. The side patio is great to relax and have a drink while people watching below. Every amentity that we needed was covered inside the apartment, and there was even a welcome bottle of wine with snacks upon our arrival. Very gracious host who would respond to our text messages instantly with great recommendations regarding the area. We have now found our new permanent lodging for all future trips to Scottsdale. Thank you Ross!

Couldn't ask for a better place to call your weekend home

Ross was one of the most engaged host I'm ever had. Gave clear instructions and even had a laminated list of things to do, places to go and even had nightlife on there. I was really surprised at how secure the building was getting in and out. When I first walked in it felt like I was at the revealing of a home makeover show, just beautiful. The location was perfect, usually you have your over priced hotels in old town that offer very few amenities. I let Ross know that if and when I come back to Arizona for a visit, his home will be the first place I look for vacancy. Best experience I've ever had.

Perfect location, beautiful condo

We recently spent 5 days in this beautiful condo with our 2 small children. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The condo and building could not have been nicer. The location is perfect - literally walking distance to everything Old Town has to offer. Ross is an amazing host and left us a lovely bottle of wine as well as snacks, books and games for the kids - completely above and beyond and so greatly appreciated. He also was super helpful in making recommendations of things to do (especially w the kiddos). The beds were so comfortable and the outside living spaces were so nice. We LOVED spending our evenings after the kids went to bed on the roof top deck which overlooked Camelback and the vibrant downtown area. We will absolutely stay here again and cannot wait for our next trip out. I would recommend this condo and it's owner without hesitation.

Amazing condo in perfect location!

I have rented several vacation homes/condos, and I have to say this was definitely a standout. Ross's condo is amazing, very modern yet comfortable. The views from the private rooftop deck were beautiful and we spent the evenings on the patio with a perfect view of the center of Oldtown. What can I say about the location? Perfect. It's so convenient to be able to walk everywhere with so many different restaurants and shops to choose from, and you can't beat the private underground parking. Ross was so nice and always quick to respond to any questions. All of the suggestions for things to do/restaurants to try were very helpful. Starbucks is right next door and the restauraunt (The Daily Dose) on the ground level of the building was delicious! We would definitely come back again...thanks again Ross!

Not enough words to describe how fantastic our stay was!

Ross is THE host with the most!!!! Amazing communicator. Before during and after our stay. He greeted us outside the loft, led us into the parking garage and helped carry our luggage up (bonus cart available!) he walked us through his entire home and showed us every single thing!! He had an oscillating fan which we used to drown out the cars that drive by after our bed time 😉. We were there for weeks and weeks and technically moved in! I cooked many meals and had every utensil and pot needed! When the change filter light came on in the fridge h ordered it thru Amazon and came and changed it within 2 days. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here!!

Fabulous loft condo!

My husband and I spent a week at this condo and hope to come back for 2 weeks next spring. Everything is exactly as advertised in the listing. The property is new, modern and spotless. Noise levels from other units and the street were not an issue, and we were there during the St. Patrick's Day celebrations. The location in Old Town can't be beat for shopping, dining, etc. 5th Avenue shops and restaurants are a short walk, also. It's only a 15-minute drive from the Phoenix Airport so that is a plus. I went to one of the nearby pools that Ross recommended and it was perfect, just a 3-block walk from the condo. I can't say enough about how pleasant and thorough Ross's communication was with us. I asked a number of questions early on in the rental process and he was always quick to respond. His suggestions of restaurants and activities were appreciated, too. Arrival and departure were easy and we enjoyed the welcome wine, snacks and flowers. I highly recommend this condo!

Upgraded to First Class, for free

This was an unexpected find. We have been to going to Scottsdale for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed in. We will never stay in a hotel again because it raised the bar for our expectations of comfort and luxury. The sleek and modern designs of the condo coupled with top-of-the-line kitchen and bathroom give you the convenience of home with the plush feeling of staying at the W. High vaulted ceilings and the open floor plan lends to a spacious but comforting environment. The two exclusive balconies provide 360 views of the surrounding vistas. It is a great opportunity to see the sunrise and sunset or simply work on your tan. Unexpected extra amenities and attention to detail was a great value add to our experience. The condo is centrally located near restaurants, bars, and the ballpark which gives one the convenience to walk anywhere if you don’t want to rent a car. Ross was kind enough to provide great recommendations on the newest hot spots in town. Checking in and out was seamless and quick. We were welcomed with a swag bag of snacks and beverages which surprised and delighted us. To anyone looking for a great place to stay that doesn't want the confines of a box hotel, this is your place. We already booked our stay for next year.

Absolutely Amazing!

This is truthfully the first time I've looked forward to writing a review. I never do this but my experience was so good I wanted to share it. Checking in was a breeze! Ross provides instructions that cannot be botched. I was a little concerned at first since this was my first time using this type of accommodation but it couldn't have been easier. When you walk into this place it is truly impressive. It's actually much bigger than the pictures do justice. I am an extremely clean person and keep my own home in a museum quality state of cleanliness, it was so nice to see Ross does too! It was perfect! The master bed is high quality and extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Top notch stainless appliances, huge t.v., floor to ceiling windows with black out drapes that truly keep it pitch black for as long as you choose to sleep. Great outdoor area as well. Everything works flawlessly including the A/C which is important in the desert! The location just can't be beat. To be completely honest, I wanted to stay at one of the area hotels or resorts (that I've frequented in the past) but due to a large convention, all were booked. This isn't what I had envisioned my stay to be, it was exponentially better! The location cannot be beat! I want to say that a $5-$6 Uber ride was the most expensive trip to anywhere you could ever want to go in the area. There are golf carts everywhere as well. A rental car truly isn't needed. All the shopping, restaurants, bars, late night food, etc... are within 3/4 of a mile. Checking out was just as simple. I cannot say enough about this accommodation. My wife and I truly hope to schedule with Ross again and I can unequivocally promise that NO ONE would be disappointed with a stay here. Thank you Ross for making our 1 year wedding anniversary that much better!

WOW!!!

We visited Scottsdale for the 1st time and had originally booked at a hotel. After some discussion we decided to book closer to Old Town Scottsdale. What a great decision!! This condo is simply amazing!! You could not ask for a better place or a better person to rent from. Ross made sure that we were taken care of and that if there were any problems to contact him immediately. He left us a bottle of wine and a few munchies to snack on upon arrival. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop patio watching the sunset, and what an amazing sunset it was, enjoying our coffee in the morning or our nightcap after the evening was coming to a close. The condo was very quiet. Friday and Saturday was busy but we did not hear any outside noise. We did not hear any noise from any of the neighbours either. If you want a place that is close to everything, this is the place. We did not rent a vehicle and walked everywhere. Our furthest walk was to the mall, Fry's grocery store, and the entertainment area and was only a 10 minute walk. Downstairs was The Daily Dose where we had an excellent breakfast one morning. Across the street was Grimaldi's Pizza and Sugar Bowl. Looking for a happy hour...well you could find one within two minutes. The area has a number of bars, lounges, and restaurants with a happy hour beginning at 3:00 pm everyday!!! Are you a pool person? Even though the condo does not have a pool Ross was able to provide access to the two pools at the Hotel Valley Ho for us, which we used everyday. He suggested using the pool at The Saguaro as well. You must attend the Farmer's Market on Saturday, which was only two blocks away from the condo. Looking for a restaurant....you picked the right spot. There are too many to mention but a couple of our favourites was Craft64 and Wildfish Seafood Grille. Want to go for a hike, try Camelback Mountain. We fell in love with Scottsdale and one of the reasons why was because of this place. We hope to make it an annual trip and will be contacting Ross. This place has everything, except a muddler for making our mojitos, and was in the perfect location for us. Thanks for making our first trip to Scottsdale a memorable one.

Great location, fantastic Condo!

My wife and I made our second trip to Spring Training, and chose to stay at Ross' Condo, right in the heart of Old Scottsdale. The property was perfect for us! The Condo itself was very clean, had all the right amenities we needed, and we loved the balcony and roof deck. We enjoyed the sunrise views and 360 degree panorama of the area...especially of Camelback Mountain! For us, what attracted us most about Ross' Condo was the location. It's right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. 15 minute walk to Scottsdale Stadium through Old Scottsdale to enjoy some games, and 15 minute walk to the Waterfront to enjoy some fine dining and shopping. Though the Condo is right above somewhat of a late night party scene, the noise was not an issue for us. We could leave the 10' tall glass double doors open to take in some excitement and fresh air, or we could close them and draw the curtains to drown out the sound. Overall we had an amazing time staying there, and plan to again next year!

Location, location location!

This is an industrial chic condo in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale. It was clean and very well maintained. Also, the owner responded quickly to our texts. It is a nice size for a couple. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who likes to be in the middle of the action. Restaurants, art galleries, southwest stores and jewelry shops abound. Also, it is within easy walking distance to the Scottsdale Fashion Mall. For those who don't like to walk, there is a free shuttle. The kitchen is outfitted with the basic pots, pans, dishes etc.,, but is not for those who want to cook gourmet meals.

Great place, wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Place was great, nice welcome touches with a bottle of wine. Nice location. Easy parking. My only heads up is this is more like a huge studio than a two bedroom as the rooms are open until you slide the partitions. We loved the openness since it was just the two of us. We would definitely go back.
