Mobile Home, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-10). Natural High is a Cedar Island, North Carolina vacation rental -- a beach retreat that overlooks the tranquil waters of Pamlico Sound. Natural High is an excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The uniqueness of mile after mile of unspoiled sandy beach, and the smell of the marsh and sea are perfect for early morning walks or romantic twilight strolls. Bird lovers, sun bathers, and fisherman alike find this a paradise.

The upper deck offers a view of the Down East fishing fleet, along with the hourly departures of the Cedar Island-Ocracoke Ferry. After day trips to surrounding points of interest, come back to the peaceful setting of a beautiful sunset and sounds of the water and nature.

Come experience the fascination of the waves, sun, winds, and tides of Pamlico Sound, Drum Inlet and Core Banks. The variety of living things that enrich our coastal waters make this area such a special place to visit.

The sound and surf is filled with trout, flounder, blue fish, shrimp, clams, and blue crabs. Porpoises can often be seen riding the waves, while sea gulls hover overhead.

Come visit our get away at the best beach 'Down East' offers.

About Denise Daniels

Bobby and Denise Daniels are the owners of Natural High. We were both born and raised in the area. We have raised two children here and still love it as much as we did when we were growing up. We enjoy having friends and family get together's at the beach when Natural High is not rented.

Denise Daniels purchased this mobile home in 2002

Why Denise Daniels chose Central Coast

We live three miles away, so it is easy to maintain. We wanted a place where we could enjoy the peace and quiet of our very own beach.

What makes this mobile home unique

We like to sit on the top deck and watch the breathtaking sunsets. The beach is perfect for people of all ages. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and secluded enough for the perfect vacation.

I loved our vacation this summer!

Great place for family to stay. Sleeps 10 is a stretch unless you like to sleep on couches or bunk beds. Fine for kids but only one adult room. Other than that it's perfect.

Just returned after 5 days in a little slice of heaven. The mobile home was very clean and located on a wide beautiful secluded beach. Everything was provided including paper products so all you bring is whatever you want to eat and drink. There were several decks that were perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets and feeling the nice breeze. I will be back in the early spring and hope to book a longer stay in this wonderful place.

This was our 2nd year staying here, we loved it so much last year we brought my sister-in-law & nephew with us. The house is very clean, has anything you could possibly need/want. The beach is beyond beautiful, quiet, clean and secluded.

So many wonderful things to see and do around the area. Ferry departs just down the road. Denise {and her family} are good people. Very friendly & welcoming. This will always be our go place when visiting Cedar Island.

Back for more!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I came to Cedar Island for Easter and had a wonderful time walking on the miles of beautiful beach and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. We stayed a week and the weather was great. There were several birdhouses around the cottage and the purple martins gave us a show every day. We arranged for a local guide to give us a boat ride along the Cedar Island shoreline complete with an outdoor lunch and can't remember anything more relaxing. The island was beautiful with all the azaleas blooming. We will definitely be back again during the spring season.

Love this place!

Just had a great week on secluded private beach. The mobile home was clean and had all the amenities. Wonderful time of the year to have the beautiful wide beach all to yourself and there were still some warm and sunny days. I plan to book a long weekend during March to enjoy the private beach and restful atmosphere.

So nice!

This is a wonderful vacation spot! We were looking to get a way from the hustle bustle of board walks, hotels, trinket shops etc. This was the perfect answer, the mobile home is clean, updated, has everything you need and more... We literally had the beautiful beach to ourselves most of the time, our 13 yr. old caught crabs for our dinner! Not kidding - great vacation! Denise is as awesome as every single review says! If you want to relax and appreciate the relaxation that simplicity brings book your vacation here... The Bennett's (Thanks Denise :) )
