Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River, Ocean Breeze is located on an oversized corner lot on prestigious John Anderson Drive and is only steps to the sand and the river. After a day at the beach or on the river come home to swim in the private spacious screened heated pool with waterfall, or enjoy the luxurious hot tub in the lanai, or simply retire to the master suite with oversized jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts two dishwashers, two cooktops, two ovens, a large refrigerator with ice maker, a separate beverage fridge, a microwave, and Keurig drip/pod coffee maker. For the sports or movie enthusiast settle in to watch your favorite game or show on one of the two oversized 4KUHD Smart TV’s. Ocean Breeze is a private oasis but close to everything. Daytona Beach (10 miles), Flagler Beach (5 miles) and downtown Ormond Beach (4 miles) are only a short drive, while St. Augustine (45 miles), the Orlando theme parks (80 miles), and Cape Canaveral (65 miles) are fun day trips. Once you experience Ocean Breeze you will never want to leave!

Last minute getaway

Other than the house being a little dirtythrout like it hadn't been swept when we got there and the bed in the master just being too soft for us, it was a great stay.

Great Time

Beautiful house in a great location. One long block from beach access and across the street from the river park. Only a few minutes drive to Daytona and many activities.

Great getaway

This is our second time staying here. The property has everything you need for a comfortable vacation in a pleasant, quiet location only a few minutes walk to an uncrowded beach. The host is very helpful and responds to any queries quickly. Highly recommended.

Our favorite rental! 10/10

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week and we LOVED it. Our toddlers loved the pool, and my 3 year old would’ve stayed in it all day. It was perfect for our family. The photos do not do this house justice, it is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the halifax river as well as the beach in Ormond. Only a short drive to Daytona which we loved.

Beautiful home!

My family and I stayed at Laura‘s beautiful home for an extended amount of time and loved every minute of it. Everything exceeded our expectations. She supplied everything that you would need and more. Laura was a 10+ host! It was the perfect location and the pool and hot tub were amazing. If you’re on the fence about renting this home, don’t hesitate any longer.

Great Rental!!

Had a wonderful time while staying at this property. Smooth check-in and house was perfect for our group. Great location - quiet neighborhood but close to beach and lots of restaurants, stores and things to do close by. Owner was quick to respond to any inquiries. We especially loved hanging out around the pool area which was very private and the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The house was very clean and well stocked and the kitchen was a chef’s dream. Would highly recommend this rental - you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect vacation home

The property was exactly as described on the VRBO website - it was perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to be peaceful. The cleanliness and amenities within the house were ideal. Communication with the owner was quick and accurate. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy yourself for that hard earned vacation. Exactly what we were looking for

We spent almost a month at this wonderful house and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house had everything you needed to go about your day-to-day comfortably and to relax and enjoy with a family of 4 - kitchen was well stocked (2 dishwashers!) and made cooking easy, lots of towels (including beach towels), sheets, pillows, blankets, full size washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys (and a wagon to transport it all). The hot tub and pool were used multiple times a day, the screened backyard kept the mosquitos out, the neighbourhood was quiet and just a 5 min walk to the ocean. Laura was an excellent host, answered any questions we had quickly and made sure we had what we needed. We're already thinking about going back next year!

Wonderful house to stay in.

We rented the house while we were down in Florida for work. There were 3 adults and we all loved the house. The kitchen is big and is as advertised. The living space is large and open, with a very nice tv in the living area. The bedrooms were all great, the best part of the bedrooms is they are all separate from each other, a bathroom separates the 2 bedrooms at the south end of the house and the master is at the north end and is isolated. This makes it nice if some guests stay up later or get up in the morning earlier. The hot tub and pool were awesome! The intercoastel is right across the street and a small park where you can fish is just down the street a couple hundred yards. The ocean is a short walk the other way and the beaches are very nice! If you are thinking about renting this house, I would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved this house! It had everything we were looking for and more. The house is nestled between the Halifax River (across the street) and the Atlantic Ocean (one street down) which leads to a beautiful quiet beach. We walked back and forth at least twice a day hanging out at the beach or just collecting shells. The house itself is a dream. It has a gorgeous heated pool and a separate hot tub. The layout and decor are inviting and made us feel comfortable and at home immediately (so much so that we extended our stay twice)! The house was absolutely spotless (which is an extra plus nowadays) and Laura was extremely responsive if we had any questions. She also went out of her way multiple times to accommodate us (she even gave us access to the Disney channel for our kids on Christmas Day). I really cannot say enough about our stay. We did not want to leave.

Great location and amenities

We had a great time at this property for the month of January. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach, close to Flagler and Ormond Beach for restaurants, hiking nearby, very little traffic. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. (Well, after we figured it out). My only issue was the house was what I'll call 'superficially clean'. In that it was swiffered, but furniture hadn't been moved to vacuum or mop for quite some time. I didn't mention it to Laura because I had company coming so we just cleaned it ourselves. (Found a dead gecko under the bedroom dresser). Fridge had fingerprints, etc. Maybe have a chat with your cleaners. I admittedly a clean freak, but I did pay $300 for cleaners. I don't feel I got my moneys worth for that.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family! It is located in a quite neighborhood and has all the amenities needed for the beach. We spent our time between the beach and the pool. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to renting again in the future.
