Air-conditioned studio on the 3rd level of gîtes UN JARDIN DANS LA FALAISE (find us online and on social media), formerly used as a bed & breakfast, and now as a rental for individuals. Studio with either 2 single beds or a queen-size bed. Kitchenette with induction hob, hood, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge. Shower room with hairdryer. 10 minutes walk from the village center with bakery, grocery store and restaurants bars.

PLEASE NOTE : in July and August and some school holidays, the studio can only be booked for the week from Saturday to Saturday, unless there is a shorter availability indicated on the calendar. My name is Marie-Claire and I have lived abroad for 5 years, in the UK, Italy and Argentina, as well as 3 years in the Caribbean on French island Saint Martin. I am French and speak bilingual English, fluent Italian and Spanish. And I just love hosting people and be helpful to my guests :)
I live here since summer 2020 with my husband and two children. we just love it here, it is so peaceful and the view is enchanting every day. We work from home and enjoy it from our desks.

Why they chose this property

I like to say I have snobbish eyes, and when we looked for a property, aside from a good internet connection, a beautiful scenary with second criteria! It is a delight to enjoy this view every day. I feel blessed to hear birds singing in the morning, as the cliffs make their singing sound even better.
We were not searching for rentals, but wanted to have extra room for our family to visit, especially my parents who just love staying here several times a year. But as I love welcoming people, we started rentals from summer 2121 when they're vacant.

What makes this property unique

I have no doubt you will enjoy the lovely view like we do every day, and like all our guests have.
The garden is also such a peaceful place, where you will recharge your batteries after great excursions.
There are numerous places to visit around here, and our central location makes it ideal for visiting the area: Cahors, Figeac, Rocamadour, Najarc, Villefranche de Rouergue, Padirac and of course Pech Merle prehistorical cave above the village, and classified village St Cirq Lapopie a dozen minute drive from here.
