Welcome to Condo "Anahuac" (Near the water) in the AWA Playacar Residences in Playacar Phase 2. Your elegant and well-equipped 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo sleeps up to 10 adults and is perfect for a sunny vacation, family reunions, or a gathering with a group of friends.
The master suite offers a king bed while the first guest suite provides 2 double beds with HDTV and an en suite bathroom. The third guest suite has 2 Double beds.
The condo offers fast wireless internet access and its kitchen has everything you need to cook in terms of equipment. The living room offers Smart TV service and pool views. Just off the living room rests your private patio overlooking the pool.
This condo is just a short 5-minute drive to the beach and 5th Avenue, a pedestrian walkway where you will find a lot of shopping options and restaurants. Also, this unit is a 40-minute ferry ride to the island of Cozumel.
Upon booking, our concierge can help you start planning your trip from scuba diving to adventure parks like Xplor and Hidden Worlds to Mayan ruins like Chichen Itza and Tulum. We can stock your fridge with groceries, arrange babysitters, dancing classes, and more.
Additionally, when you rent from Nasplaya, you are renting from a professional property management company with over 11 years of experience in Playa del Carmen. You’ll have free access to our bilingual concierge who can help you cut through the language barrier. From unique restaurant recommendations to discounted tours, we can help you save time and money. We also have a 24/7 helpline should you need any assistance during your stay.

- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
