Settlers Creek embodies all the majesties of the Colorado Rockies while having the luxury and convenience you would expect from a world class resort. This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom property is the perfect home base for your Keystone Vacation. The elegant large living room features a natural stone gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. The welcoming and well appointed kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, with a gas range. Gather your family of up to 6 around the dining table for a nice dinner with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. 

The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, large window, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. 

This home is located directly across from "Minnie's Cabin" which is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of pool and catch the big game on the flat screen TV. There is a wet bar with a mini fridge, restrooms, and showers. Wander outside to the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and warm up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace with a warm cup of hot cocoa. The free Keystone shuttle bus also picks up outside Minnie's Cabin and takes you to the slopes. Enjoy the ambiance of the Snake River on your summer evening strolls through the neighborhood. Enjoy hiking or biking on one of the many nearby scenic trails, or take a short drive to explore Arapaho National Forest.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Loved our stay here!! Everything was very clean upon arrival. It’s in the perfect location and truly felt like a winter wonderland with all of the snow, trees and secluded environment. Had great views of the mountains. Loved that the pool/hot tub was right across the street. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for cooking. Bed was comfortable. Only thing that we didn’t like was difficulty with accessing cable on the TV. We were only able to find one working channel that was very glitchy. However, who needs a TV when you’re in the mountains?! We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we come.

Amazing stay

The condo was perfect. We skied multiple days at Keystone and came back and relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was fully stocked and very clean. Would definitely come back.

Winter Wonderland

We had an amazing time staying at this cozy townhouse in Keystone! Driving into the neighborhood, we were transformed to a winter wonderland. We loved how close we were to the gondola and that we were directly across the street from the pool, hot tubs and shuttle bus stop. The townhome was very clean and comfortable and we're already planning to come back this summer. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for convenient ski location! The condo was very cozy and had plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had super easy access to the pool and hot tubs-right out the front door. The shuttle bus stop is literally right across the street to get to the slopes, shopping, downtown and local restaurants. If you're looking to stay in the Keystone area, this is a great option!

Great ski trip!

The condo is fantastic and the Keystone area was wonderful for our first family ski trip. The hot tub, pool, and neighborhood common area was very nice. The TV and cable in the condo is a bit limited. Only Netflix and Prime Video. The Settlers Creek area is beautiful and just 5 min ride to River Run.

Great location and swim amenities

Directly across from shared pool & hot tub at Minnie’s Cabin, which was really great. Keystone ski shuttle no longer picks up directly in front at Minnie’s Cabin as noted in listing—its now about a 5 min walk. Great if you have one car but this unit has only one parking spot, and no garage or overflow parking, so not ideal if you have two cars.

Good stay overall, beautiful area. Minnie’s Cabin across street. The only minor issues we had were that we couldn’t get the cable to work in bedroom. Called about the bedroom light being out in other bedroom and dryer not working (just needed to clean filter). They said they’d be out the next morning but never came. Regardless, nice cozy stay.

Fantastic! This was our first time in Keystone and we had such a great time. This unit is literally right across from the pool (and 2 hot tubs) and game room, which was awesome. It's also super close to the gondola and the shuttle stop. There are several hiking trails just steps away. Not only did we pick a bunch of wild raspberries but we had a visit from the friendly resident moose as well. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Our kiddos loved the bunk beds and there are lots of games in the media cabinet. Everything was top notch. I would stay here again absolutely.

Amazing memories

My husband, two girls and I stayed for a week at this property. We had the absolute best time, we played in the snow, went skiing ( only like a 3 minute drive to the keystone resort, or 10 minute walk). The house was very clean, had all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, strainer, knives, etc. It’s equipped with a washer and dryer. And the fireplace! ? The area is very safe and very well maintained. It’s right across the clubhouse with a pool table and also has a pool and hot tubs. So you know we got in the hot tub in the middle of a snowy day.. we took so many pictures and made life lasting memories with our two little ones. The check in was easy and the office is near the cabin. I would absolutely come back to this place, and I would 100% recommend it.
