AMAZINGLY peaceful and beautiful!

My family and I really enjoyed this home! Joe, the host, was extremely helpful and accommodating, we found snacks and beverages upon our arrival which was very sweet! The view of the ocean and the peacefulness we felt here was priceless, definitely a place I would come back to and stay again.

Can't wait to go back

The location is super quiet, very relaxed and that balcony view is the BEST. I got so many great sunrise pics. Perfect getaway, looking forward to going back in the near future. The host Joe was awesome and always quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic!!

We really enjoyed ourselves. Everything is is exactly as described and the bonus is they have beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella. The place is very clean and the owner Joe is the best! If you need anything he is quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Spot

This was our second year staying here. Nicely appointed condo with incredible views to the ocean. Responsive helpful host. Nice community. We love quiet Crescent Beach. (The only downside is all the steps …this will be harder to do as we age.)

St. Augustine Get Away

We spent a week at this condo. The location was great, complex was quiet and well maintained. Being a corner unit, the view from the balcony was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach access was steps away. The owner was responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo!

Great location. Easy walk to pool and beach. Host is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. We loved that beach chairs/umbrella/beach towels were provided, as well as kitchen/cooking essentials. We will definitely stay here again!

Best Location Eva!!

This condo is the best location ever. Walk out the front door to the pool, and just a few steps around the corner to the ocean. The beach here is perfect...flat and wide and the pool was never crowded. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts in the evening. The weather was very cooperative during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to book again soon!

Perfect stay

This is an excellent property. Incredible location right on the beach. A few steps to the pool. Both not overcrowded at all even in early June. The condo itself was awesome. 2-levels, both bedrooms upstairs. Amazing light and beach views in huge master suite. Really well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need downstairs with a large dining room/living room. Communication with owner was incredible leading up to and throughout stay We will be coming back!

Even Better Than The Pictures!

This condo was wonderful for our family of 3. It was very clean, well-stocked, and ideally located right on the beach and right beside the gated beach access and pool. The views were perfect. The beds and bedding are comfortable, the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans, and the owners include nice, welcoming gestures like a few snacks, drinks, disposable kitchen supplies, and bath products. This is an ideal beach condo in a quiet, friendly condo community on a pristine beach, very close to dolphin adventures. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location !

Summerhouse is a very nice community located at the south end of quiet Crescent Beach. This condo is a corner unit allowing more light from the additional windows. We loved sitting in the living room watching the surf. We enjoyed playing pickleball, body boarding, and walking the beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect beach side getaway

The roomy beachside condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Complex was quiet enough to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to a great view of the sunrise over the water. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer.
