This luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is close to the beach. The beautifully designed open layout has high ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout. It features high end finishes including granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There are three king bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of twin over full bunks. Every bedroom has flat screen smart TV and a private bathroom! One of the king bedrooms also has an additional queen over queen bunk bed. The community pool is also just a couple of blocks away. If you’re interested in renting a golf cart, ask us about discounts!

The house is in a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets and small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this coveted community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants like Pompano Joe’s and Whale’s Tail Bar & Grill, and some of the best shopping in the area. Less than 2 miles from the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has excellent tennis facilities. The house is also less than 15 mins from Silver Sands Outlet Centers, Destin Commons and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. So, plenty of shopping close by! Snorkelers in your group will enjoy the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's). Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet.

Note:
There's a security camera at the front entrance that is actively recording 24x7.

Spacious and convenient

Great location, 5 minute drive from the beach. Tons of great places to eat. The property itself was very spacious for our family - 4 adults, 5 kids, with lots of room to spare. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Property was in a great location to the beach. Only down side was no private access to beach. But public access close enough for golf cart ride. Loved how much the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook.

Beautiful home

The house is everything you see in the pictures! It would have been an excellent experience if we did not have coaches in the home on the first floor. Made it difficult to enjoy meals there. The manager responded immediately by bringing us some roach spray and roach traps.

This is unfortunate since the pest control was there just 2 weeks prior. Anyway besides sending Lisa roach spray and traps, we also sent a pest control to take care of these issues immediately so future stays are not impacted.

Family Vacation

The home was exactly like advertised. Very beautiful and clean. Very close to the beach. It was only a 3 min drive or maybe a 15 minute walk give or take. Shops and restaurants within minutes. Icecream shops on every corner. If you do not want to drive there is a place to rent golf carts to electric scooters. But the home had bikes, beach chairs, and a wagon to pull your stuff to the beach. All in all I give the home a 9 out of 10.

The open living space features a 8 person dining table, a kitchen bar with 3 chairs and a high chair so you don't have to bring your own. There are 2 HVACs serving the house so it should feel comfortable in both the levels. There is high speed internet with mesh WIFI setup so you should get good internet speed in both the levels. You can also watch Netflix (using your own account) using any of the 5 TVs besides cable. There are 2 porches, one each in the front and the back. The back porch also has propane BBQ grill.

Note: There is a single car parking garage. Rest of the cars need to be parked in the driveway. You can easily park regular sized cars back-to-back in the driveway. You can fit in 4 regular cars in the driveway (two on each side). However, if you have trucks, fitting them back to back will be difficult. No RV’s, trailers, jet skis, boats, all-terrain vehicles are permitted in this subdivision.
