Christmas holiday fun

Property was wonderful! Clean,nice setup, plenty of room for us to relax! We brought our quads and did not worry about leaving them because there are locked gates and storage. Very quiet and helpful neighbors. Overall just a really stress free rental!

Cool winter vacation!

We stayed at this property for 3 months, Jan. to end of March. The house was very comfortable, with everything we needed. We found it isolated from neighbors… many big yards with big shops & high fences. It is a quiet neighborhood. It is rather awkward to use the backyard for entertaining, as you can’t access it from the back door, as it is locked.All food & drinks had to be carried out to the fence opening by the big shop, to get into the back yard, which is done up nicely. To do laundry, we had to go to the laundromat 11 miles up the highway. Mr. Lopez was very easy to communicate with, and answered messages.right away.

Great getaway

The place was spotless clean, and the property was like new. It felt very spacious and homely. Internet worked great for the duration of my stay and Fidel was very responsive with any questions I had. Higly recommend this place!

Great house for a holiday werkend stay

We chose this house that was close to the river we had a family staying on the river and wanted somewhere we can go to that’s away from all of the commotion this place was great there was a lot of space and we felt very comfortable we definitely recommend this to all families

Beautiful home!

We be enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet and very safe. We did day trips to Oatman, Kingman, Hoover Dam, Laughlin, and Grand Canyon West. The Avi was another place we liked to visit and Feathers restaurant in there has the best food! Communication with the owner was excellent. There isn't a washer or dryer so we had to go to the laundromat, which wasn't a problem. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Great location, clean property and amazing hospitality

I stayed here for the 1st time with my family for a river trip. Our usual rental came off the market so we decided to give this place a shot. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Location is perfect for hitting the river and the hosts were amazing with communication. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome Property

This property is awesome. Great location for us as we have friends that live in willow . Close to the river and awesome trails for off-roading were near by! We will definitely be staying here again!
