Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! The spacious floor plan and vaulted ceilings allow guests to be together but never feel crowded. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and snacks. The backyard features a swimming pool, hot tub, lounge seating, a gas fire pit, and 52" gas BBQ grill - all perfect for fun and relaxing year-round. WiFi and cable TV are included.

Felt at home

Loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. Loved the bed and obsessed with the pillows. I slept better than I do at home. We cooked often and the home was stocked with every essential. Loved your hot/cold water dispenser. Added bonus

Scottsdale family vacation

The property manager was very accessible and responsive. The lower rating comes from the fact that one day into our stay the hot tub did not stay full enough to use regularly. We notified Tim who was always on the spot to add water so that we could use it. The main reason for choosing this property for us was the hot tub so dealing with fill issues on a daily basis was a bit disappointing. Overall the house is aesthetically pleasing. For the patio the gas grill igniter buttons are broken and the grill has to be lit with a lighter. For the cost I expected everything to be in full working order. If we return to Scottsdale in the future, I would look for a different property to stay at.

Great Pool / Location

Everything was within 20 minute drive, Tim was a good communicator. Property was as advertised and kids had fun in the pool and hot tub.

Hate to Leave. This place was so comfortable that it is hard to close the door for the final time.

Arizona Adaptive Golf Tournament

Tim ‘s property was absolutely perfect for our needs. I was with both of my sons. This was the first time in a very long time that we actually got alone time together. My one son who was in the Arizona Adaptive Inaugural Tournament. At Papago Golf Club . The course was only 7 minutes away and the home was so easily accessible from any major highways or roads, but yet tucked away in a very quiet and lively neighborhood. The back yard was Absolutely Awesome!! The waterfall pool, hot tub fire pit and huge grill made for awesome outside evenings. We would definitely come back to Tim’s home again. Next year!! This is the kind of host and home that are the postcard for the VRBO experience! Thank you Tim Sincerely, Melissa

Scottsdale AZ

The house we stayed in was awesome ! We lived the back patio and spent most of our time out there because the weather was so nice. The location was perfect for the golfers and us explorers who spent days hiking in the mountains near by and living the experience and beautiful views. The food at every restaurant we visited was superb !!! We will go back to Arizona again. So much to see. Fabulous vacation.

Very well stocked, beautiful, clean house. Pool, hot tub, fire pit was amazing. BBQ was huge and well maintained. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend this house to everyone.

Oasis in the desert

Fantastic week

Great place for our family of 5. The kids loved the heated pool. We enjoyed dinners on the patio. Kitchen well stocked. Bedrooms very comfortable. No issues with check in. Easy access to all areas of Scottsdale. Overall, a great experience and stay.

Scottsdale 3BR

The home was very clean!! Tim, the host, is incredibly responsive and took care of some minor issues immediately. Fun pool and hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked. Close to old town and spring training stadiums. We were there for five days, two with grandchildren, who loved the pool and hot tub.

This house was a good spot for our travel plans. Enjoyed the hot tub, the patio and the sun (which we don't get much of in WA this time of year).

Lovely time in Scottsdale

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. The cozy home was well located. The patio was enjoyable with a wonderful hot tub and fire pit. The house had all the amenities we needed. It is located near old town and a short drive from museums and hiking. We will visit again!

Clean Scottsdale Home

As soon as we landed in Scottsdale and pick up our rental car my phone was ringing and it was the landlord, Tim. He wanted to let us know to call him if there was anything we needed that was not there and he would do his best to accommodate. We didn’t need anything. It is well equipped. We would/will stay there again. Nice property and friendly landlord. Excellent location to Old Town.
