En unos 7 minutos el tiempo de conducción Se siente cómodo con nuestro nuevo Villa "Anna Maria Summer Wind" en coche a las playas sin fin de Anna Maria Islandia.

Disfrutar de primera mano la típica IAM "viejo estilo de Florida" y conectarlo con el lujo de un alojamiento amplio en una zona de residencial preferidos Bradentons - el distrito residencial de "Mango Park".

Las tiendas y restaurantes se pueden encontrar aquí, así como en las inmediaciones del Parque Nacional de DeSoto que le invita a experimentar la vida silvestre de la Florida de cerca.

A beautiful home in a great location!

Perfect for us!

This was our first time visiting this part of Florida in January. The weather of the week we stayed was not pleasant but this property made up for it since we were forced to stay inside several days. We enjoyed everything and can’t wait to come back!

Great Vacation House

This is our second time staying at this house and we absolutely would continue to come back. It’s a short drive from the beach and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Perfect place if you are a runner and enjoy running nature trails. The Robinson Preserve is less than a mile from the front door and offers excellent trail running. The owners are amazing and are so quick to respond. We had an amazing vacation staying in the Summerwind Villa!

Beautiful Home Close to Anna Maria Island

This was a beautiful home very close to Anna Maria island and the amazing beaches but also close to Sarasota. The pool was a bit chilly and we would have been able to use it in the evening if there was heat. A great stay and a prime location for the beaches and only a 2 hour ride to Disney. The house was very clean and well maintained and a nicely stocked kitchen.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at Anna Maria Summerwind! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The heated pool was so refreshing! Alexandra is a terrific host and very easy to communicate with. Summerwind is very convenient to everything we needed. It's only 5 miles from Anna Maria/Holmes Beach and about 5 miles to GT Bray Recreation Center. The best pickleball and tennis facility we ever experienced!

Awesome Home!

We were having construction completed on our home and this home was well suited for all of our needs. We work from home and our daughter does school remotely so it was great to have a space for everyone to work. Alexandra was so easy to work with and very accommodating when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay. They even gave us spot on directions to see the manatees in the area which our daughters truly enjoyed! We had a great time at this house. We would stay here again!

Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful month at this terrific house. The house was a great size, with enough rooms for 4 of us to spread out and work remotely! The house was very well maintained, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the tools for us to cook meals there, the pool was warm and clean! The owners and property managers were very nice and were very responsive to the couple of questions that we had upon our arrival. The house is located in a great part of northwest Bradenton close to Anna Maria Island and the beaches, as well as walking distance to Robinson Preserve with its biking/hiking trails and kayaking areas. The only small glitch was that the house does not have cable TV, although they do have access to all sorts of other content services (Netflix, etc.). We would definitely stay at this home again!

Great stay in Bradenton (Mango Park)

What a home!! Our family had a great stay for the month of March! So much so we have rented the unit again for a future stay! Great location, very upscale neighbourhood. The pool was a favorite with our grandson who didn't want to go home. The owners are very attentive and contacted us to confirm all was in good order which it was! The location is 15 minutes to Holmes beach in light traffic but bridge openings and heavy traffic can slow the process but the road to the beach has some interesting things to watch like "horse surfing", paddle boarding and kayaks and Flyboarding. Our stay was so comfortable it felt like our second home just in a warmer place! Furnishings where all brand new, flat screen HD TV's BBQ, Washer and Dryer.... comfy beds and nice bathrooms... ( the master is a must see!) We highly recommend this property as its the right thing to do, although We'd prefer to keep it a secret. Our only complaint,,,,,, we should have rented longer!

Villa Summerwind

Our trip to the villa summerwind in Bradenton was absolutely fantastic! We wish we could have stayed longer. The pool is wonderful and the neighborhood is very nice and well kept. Easy access to Anna Maria Island and downtown Bradenton. A MUST is to go to Oak and Stone in downtown Bradenton when the sun is setting. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful House

Great place in a wonderful location. Love the space + outdoor area. My reasons for giving it 4 stars was it smelled like smoke when we arrived even though it said no smoking (we aired it out and it was fine after a day or two except in closets) and slow internet (which only mattered because we didn't have good cell phone service). The neighborhood was quite and in a good location.

Thank you very much for your review. Our Villa Summerwind is a non smoking house. Maybe a guest smoked outside at the pool area (which is also not allowed). We checked back with the cleaning crew to make sure that no guest smoked in the house especially not in the closets. Thanks for mentioning the internet speed. We forwarded that to the internet provided to check the speed etc.

Perfect house in excellent location near Anna Maria, Longboat & Sarasota.

Would highly recommend this house - well equipped, very clean, & good mattresses. Location allows easy access to all the very busy beach tourist spots such as Anna Maria Island while living in a quiet, lovely residential area. Big plus is having the Robinson Preserve walking distance away for hiking, biking, kayaking through mangroves. A short drive to downtown Sarasota for more cultural activities. Very happy with this location. Huge master & master bath. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly. Appreciated all the extra beach towels.

House was great looks exactly as advertised. It is located in a quite area not far from businesses

It was great place to stay only thing for improvement would be wfi needs boosted internet and cell service is spotty this would improve that other than that wonderful place to stay
