The living room, right as you walk in the front door has an uber-soft sectional with seating for everyone! There is also a TV in this room, ideally for the group who aren't interested in watching what’s being shown in the MOVIE ROOM. That’s right… The MOVIE THEATRE has a state-of-the-art projector with booming surround sound, perfect for unwinding after a long day kayaking, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, or hiking at Robinson Preserve.
The kitchen is fully loaded, with everything you need to prepare meals, snacks, and master the art of blending a frozen cocktail! The dining room and kitchen island have plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy.
The POOL and pool deck overlook a piece of Florida’s natural beauty, with lush landscapes surrounding a lake.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a small sitting area for reading a book or catching the last 20 minutes of your favorite show before you climb into bed. Enjoy a balcony that overlooks the lake and pool area. The master ensuite has a deep soaking tub as well as a gorgeous stand up shower.
There is another bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen, and the fourth bedroom has a daybed with trundle. three of the four bedrooms have televisions. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The house was beautiful as was the neighborhood. Super clean, nice pool and close to shopping and restaurants. Loved every minute of our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Turtle Cove. The home was very clean and spacious and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Property management was quick to respond to any messages we sent. We took full advantage of the pool, movie room and pool table. Enjoyed watching the wildlife behind the pool as well.Was planning on renting beach chairs and umbrella but there was no need. Those provisions were available for us to use. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect vacation house

Perfect vacation house. My family enjoyed everything from the pool, to the nice pond. Theater room was amazing. Nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!!!

Everything was exactly as described, with the exception of bunk beds beings in place of the twin trundle bed. Our entire family had a great stay and the home is beautiful.

Great time at Turtle Cove!

We stayed at Turtle Cove for the last 2 weeks of February and had a spectacular time. The house is great and the pool and lake view behind it provided hours of outdoor enjoyment. We had a couple of minor issues and Island Dreams was immediately responsive. I can't wait to return - Bradenton has alot to offer including a wildlife preserve within walking distance, golf, beaches, and a great park to play pickleball. It was a terrific 2 weeks.

Amazing place

We stayed here with a range of ages. 1-67. It fit all of our needs! The 1 and 4 year old loooooovvved the bunkbeds. They loved the pool table, movie room, and the top favorite the pool. The adults loved the fact of the pool alarms. Stunning views. Loved the master suite. When we arrived there was an alarm chirping they arrived within 30 minutes to fix it. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything we could possibly want…and more!

This home is beautiful, the decor is just perfect, the whole house was beautifully clean! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, pool toys in the garage. The pool was wonderful, our grandchildren, aged 8 and 6 would have happily stayed in the pool from dawn til dusk! It was great to watch the otters, herons and other wildlife in the adjacent lake. As a party of 6 - 4 adults, 2 in our 60’s, 2 aged 40 and 2 children it was important for us to have plenty of room for everyone to be together but also individual space when needed, this house was just perfect for that. There was space for us to all eat together, plenty of chairs and loungers by the pool for everyone. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, good quality appliances, even a kettle for the tea loving brits amongst us! Loads of crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, utensils etc. The bed linens were clean and soft, as were the bath towels and there was an abundance of soft clean pool/beach towels. We literally wanted for nothing. This house is in a quiet area, convenient for local shops, a short distance from Anna Maria Island and we felt extremely at ease there. Sadly our stay was cut short by hurricane Idalia, we were subject to a mandatory evacuation, however this was later lifted but by that time we’d moved to a hotel on the East coast, I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this home and rental company to anyone. If we return to Florida I’d leap at the chance to rent this property again.

Wildlife galore!

We most often stay on AMI when in town visiting family and friends. This time we decided to stay on the mainland to get more bang for the buck. Turtle Cove is a well-appointed, clean home with great amenities. The theatre room is where my 18 year old son spent most of his downtime, binge watching Stranger Things with his friends. (Why not just remove the ceiling fan? Funny.). The pool table is in good shape too. The whole family spent more than ample time in the pool. The pool needs a little refresh, and the retaining wall is aging, but it works well and was so nice to have. The wildlife in the lake is diverse and interesting. We saw eagles, osprey, cormorants, squeaker ducks, and otters among many others. The otters are a riot chasing the ducks and cranes. The master is quiet and private, as are the other bedrooms. The garage is very nice to have as well, to park out of the elements. We found it to be a good value for a very enjoyable week. It’s a short jaunt to Manatee Ave, 2 minutes, to access the beaches to the west, or shopping, restaurants, etc., to the east. The drive to AMI is about 10 minutes in light traffic. One hiccup was that previous guests left their garbage in the tote in the garage and it was FOUL. Property manager took care of it right away, but the house stunk for a while. Overall a 5 star stay!

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage in diesem Haus verbracht, bis wir es frühzeitig aufgrund des Hurrikans Helene verlassen mussten. Besonders die üppige Ausstattung der Küche hat uns gefallen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden.

Best stay!!

This property is magnificent! There's something for everyone in this expansive luxury home in a safe and walkable area with a screened pool and patio to keep out bugs and critters. We enjoyed the pool table for billiards, the movie theater, and close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The lake behind the house added privacy, but also invited tropical birds and wildlife that called out in the morning and owls at night. We ran into a couple of snags and the property manager came right out and took care of everything. This place was perfect and if I could give it more stars, I would!!

Everything you could want on vacation

We had an amazing time! It was clean, beautiful, and relaxing. We had zero complaints and plan on staying again. All the bedrooms and showers are upstairs. There is a half bath downstairs. The access to the pool and the pool could not be any better

Turtle Cove was an awesome vacation place for the family

The house had plenty of space. Plenty of space for the family to engage in different things without annoying the others. The kids spent every minute they could in the pool. The house has some key floats for the pool, but the other toys in the garage were all beach toys. Luckily we brought some small pool toys that entertained everyone enough. Looking out over the pond with all the wild life continually caught our attention watching birds, turtles and “other” wildlife we never could pinpoint. The screened pool area is almost a requirement in FL. This place has it all. And the main bedroom had plenty of closet space plus an expansive bathroom. We would definitely go back for another trip.

Just what the doctor ordered!

We went to Florida to relax after a very busy time in our business. This stay was perfect. We were fortunate with great weather so we made good use of the pool every day and the outdoor patio area. We also experienced some intense afternoon Florida rain storms so the cool media room came in handy. I was in contact with the management company a couple of times and they were very responsive. We had our whole group only bring a carry-on for a week’s stay so the large efficient washer and dryer was very helpful. The only drawback was the location and that we had to drive to the beach every day, but we knew what we were in for. The house itself for 8 people was spacious and perfectly suited for all of our needs. I would highly recommend it.

Fun house, could have been better

This house has great space, lots of sleeping/lounging areas, the outside pool area is also spacious. I loved that the downstairs bathroom was right off the pool area and the kitchen was a great size. The welcome kit with dish soap, laundry soap, and paper towels was great and we had enough toilette paper for the week. You would need to bring your salt, pepper, spices, oils, baggies/plastic wrap and aluminum foil if you plan to cook. I also couldn’t find any scissors which would have been helpful. My only feedback for management is for a house this size and as nice as it is - lots of areas were not clean. We found leftover trash in the movie room under furniture and just in general the property was dusty/dirty. There was a lot of broken pool toys and floaties just pilled up and shoved outside that had been sitting and just makes the area look unkept. The garage has beach chairs/toys but again, lots of things were broken and dirty. It just needs a good clean up overall so guests don’t have to look and filter through trash to find what they need. These are the things that make a property go from “just okay” to “great” in my book. Also, the description about “10 min to the beach” isn’t totally inaccurate but it’s definitely longer than that most of the time. There is a draw bridge over to Anna Maria so it could MAYBE take 10 min if no traffic at all and you don’t get stopped but on a busier day you could expect it to be 20-25min to get over to Holmes beach. Just need to set the expectation better. The A/C unit was also loud and disruptive to our sleep as the unit is right outside the master bedroom. Also, the water pipes have some issues because they make very high pitched noise randomly and it woke us up at night. We had a nice week but didn’t feel like it was a great value for the money spent.

Turtle Cove Beauty

This property is in a great location. The property overlooks a private lake and is pretty private in itself! My family loved the pool, the pool table and the media room. Close to beautiful Anna Maria Island, restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!!

Turtle Cove Stay Was Great!

We stayed a week at this property and just loved the setting out the back. It was a beautiful cove with a lot of different birds and other wildlife. It is a short walk to the Robinson Preserve and Palma Sola Botanical Gardens. The home was private, quiet, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Alex and Angie were very responsive and committed to ensuring we were happy with the property. Highly recommend Turtle Cove!
