Why Eric & Neda chose San Diego County

Fallbrook and neighboring Temecula is centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego Airport. Right off the 15 freeway and less than 10 miles from Temecula Wine Country, Old town, Pechanga, and Pala Casino's. Less than 25 minutes from Oceanside Beach, San Diego Safari, and Legoland. Close to golf courses, local shops, and award winning restaurants.

What makes this Estate unique

Fallbrook is naturally lush with trees and was once the avocado capital of the world. Historic downtown Fallbrook is a short 10 minute scenic drive and has plenty of art galleries, restaurants and vintage clothing shops. Both Fallbrook and Temecula are charming towns with lots of character and history. Known for its upscale wineries and extensive vineyards, the area offers plenty of unique opportunities for those who appreciate the art of the grape and delicious food. Not a fan of wine? Worry not, the quaint town has plenty of other attractions such as golf, hot air ballooning, farmers markets, and shopping. At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings with award winning restaurants and night life. Nearby Attractions: Monserate Winery, Grand Tradition Gardens, Fallbrook Live Oak Park, Fallbrook Winery, Toasted Oak Winery, Pala Casino & Resort. Nearby Temecula : South Coast Winery, Wilson Creek Winery, Avensole Winery, Lioness Winery, Robert Renzoni Winery, California Dreamin' Balloon Adventures (Hot Air Balloon), Pechanga Casino & Resort POOL / SPA HEATING : Pool heating is available upon request. This can be arranged and settled prior to check in for an added fee. SPA heating is Free and included with your booking. Note : During the colder months, it takes about 10 -12 hours to preheat the pool to a comfy 80 degrees. During the months of Oct - April, this can be arranged for a pre-heating fee of $185 for the first day and $150 per day thereafter for 6 hours of heating at the time range of your choice. During May - Sept, the cost is $150 for the first day and $100 per day thereafter. Base pricing is set for up to 4 guests. Extra nightly guest fee of $30 per person applies when the guest count exceeds 4. Please be sure you book with the correct number of guests as the additional guest charges will automatically be added to your total.
