Resort Style Home With Luxury Amenities - Lighted Pool, Tennis Pickleball Court

Resort-style home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and luxury kitchen. There is so much to do and enjoy. The 1.5 acres have lots of privacy and amenities, including a large pool, spa, lighted tennis (2 pickleball) court, basketball hoop, citrus trees, bar-b-q, outdoor dining, and seating areas. Workout equipment (elliptical, spin bike and trampoline).

Beds for 12 adults. Airstream trailer with 2 beds and 3/4 bath available for an extra $90 per night. Baby and kid-friendly items are available. Office desk and printer.

The fee to heat the pool to 80 degrees is $50 per day from June 1 to September 15, and $90 per day from September 16 to May 31. There is no fee to heat the spa.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood where loud noise after 9 PM quickly generates calls to law enforcement or VRBO. DJ equipment and bringing your own stereo equipment or sound systems is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

Best Place for Making Family Memories

I celebrated my 50th birthday with my closest friends and family at this amazing home. There is literally something to do for everyone- pool, jacuzzi, basketball, pickleball, board games, sound system throughout the property, etc. There's even a full bathroom with shower in every bedroom. It's clean and beautiful and my family loved it. I'm looking for a reason to book again real soon!

Great vacation home

This place was fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice. So well appointed and clean. We brought a large group and everyone raved about our surroundings. Super tall ceilings and upscale furnishings were impressive. Our stay was for Thanksgiving. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, providing everything we needed to prepare a wonderful feast. Spa and pool were beautiful. Controlling the equipment was easy. Pool and spa lights didn't turn on but the tennis court lights lit up the whole area so no biggie. The host was very attentive and easy to work with. We would love to come back again and stay longer.

Great house for a group event

The house was fantastic for a large group like ours. We really had a great time, played tennis, pickleball, swam, and jumped on the bonus trampoline almost all day. Inside the main living space (kitchen/dining/living room) is the highlight of the house and we spend most of our indoor time there. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and we tested it with large dinners (for 13) cooked there each night. The "art studio" was a huge hit with the 3 year olds. In general the house is much nicer that it appears in the photos of the listing. The trailer was epic, and those who slept in it thought of it as a unique experience. I think that covers it.

Best Rental I've Booked

We booked this house as a group of parents for a sports tournament in the area. I have been part of many similar rentals in the past. I can say with certainty, this was our best rental, and best host thus far! From the time we were exploring accommodations the host was extremely responsive and accommodating/flexible to our needs. He was not only helpful with the house, but also with information regarding the area. Prior to our stay he even ordered a kitchen utensil one of our parents inquired about! The communication during our stay was nearly immediate. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful host he is! The house is amazing! The bedrooms are all great sizes, beds are comfortable, linens were quality, etc.... The kitchen has more than enough for a large group. The pool and tennis court were a highlight for all. Even theAirstream was enjoyable to the teens who made this their home for the weekend! Everything was clean and instructions were easy to understand. We could not have asked for a better house experience! THANK YOU! Our future hosts have a lot to live up to!

Getaway in Fallbrook

Great property and location, ideal for families getting together. And perfect for kids...pool, trampoline, crafts table with books and notebooks, games, and even a train in one of the rooms. Rooms were nicely laid out. Really an ideal perfect rental with nothing lacking. Glassware was complete with your liquor and wine glasses. Cookware had every pan for whatever you decide to cook. Although I did not use the knives (as I always bring my own), there were two block set of knives. As a tennis player, the court ground was even without any cracks. The net was decent. They even supplied pickleball equipment. As a swimmer, the pool was perfect for lap swimming. I think it's 25 yards. And it was clean. Very clean. Floaties were also available. Outdoor seating was plenty. And the grilling island had a lot of space to lay out whatever you're cooking. Really can't go wrong with this property for big family get togethers, and for those who enjoy tennis and swimming. Also a plus that the owner is very friendly and quick to reply.
