This luxury town home provides all the comforts of a private residence with the convenience of a slope-side lodge. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, beautiful mountain decor, a private outdoor hot tub and four levels (with an elevator!). The spacious living areas provide the perfect place for your family to gather, while the separate levels offer plenty of privacy.

Silver Star at Park City offers a ski rental shop, Park City Mountain Resort lift ticket window. Silver Star cottages provide excellent access to Park City Mountain Resort with a private tram to the on-site Silver Star ski lift. Ski school at the resort base and the shopping, dining and entertainment of Main Street is all less than five minutes away.

Community at the base of Park City Mountain. Just a 5-minute drive to Main Street!!!

Amenities:
Private hot tub, 2 car garage, access to the community outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and easy ski access. This property also has its own built-in elevator, making moving luggage and groceries a cinch!

Ski Access:
Short walk to the Silver Star ski lift. The Silver star cottages also provide a free private tram directly to Park City Mountain called the "funicular"

Media: Property has cable and streaming on TVs along with Sonos and speaker system throughout the house.

Kitchen: Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with gas range stove and bar seating for 4. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking during your stay. Salt, pepper and Olive oil will be stocked as well as a start of coffee. *We leave additional spices and condiments, but they are not guaranteed.

Living Room/ Dining Room: Spacious open concept living area with beautiful, vaulted ceilings, mountain decor, gas fireplace, smart TV, and a dining table that seats 6.

2nd Living Room: On the bottom level of the home there is a second living room with beautiful glass doors that allow access to the private hot tub. This area also has a smart TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of board games for the whole family to enjoy.

Master Bedroom: King bed, TV with Cable/streaming, clothing storage, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, jetted bathtub, and gorgeous walk-in shower. *Located on entry level/ 3rd floor

Queen Master Suite: Queen bed, Smart TV with cable and streaming, clothing storage, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and tub/ shower combo.

Bunk Room: 2 bunk beds with 4 queen beds, smart TV with cable and streaming, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and walk in closet.

Laundry Area: Unit has a separate room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Start of laundry detergent will be provided.

Garage has room for 2 cars and enters into the house on the 3rd floor.

Hot Tub: Access the private hot tub from the 2nd living room on the bottom floor.

Great house, great location, great time! The property is very well managed and maintained. It was great to walk down to the funicular and be on the slopes in minutes. One of the few on slope options in Park City (not Canyons side). Will definitely stay there again. House is well stoked and management is a pleasure to work with!

Beautiful ski-in/ski-out condo!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more at this condo. It was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The condo has ski-in/ski-out access, and access to a fitness center and outdoor pool, as well as its own huge hot tub. The property managers were very communicative and a pleasure to work with. The shuttle service was reliable and made it much easier to get around. We will be back!

best of silver star

We've stayed at several Silver Star units and this was the best of the lot, which is really saying something. Lots of privacy and space for the family - 7 people aged 22-55 - to really spread out. The two family room / entertainment centers was useful, as was the big kitchen. We took full advantage of the many bathrooms. Walking distance to Silver Star amenities / cafe / hiking trails was also key. The high powered air con super appreciated in the 4th of July heat as well. Truly 5 stars.

Wonderful stay for our group of 8 adults, teens and grandparents. Would happily come back.Great location steps away from slopes and 3-4 min walk to Silver Star lift & ski shop.Property management and support was excellent. Our few requests were easily handled and communication was incredibly fast.Townhouse is well stocked and well appointedWe've stayed in multiple Silver Star townhouses. Noticed the layout of this unit is a bit more vertical ( spread over 4 levels) Definitely gives more separation between bedrooms and living areas if you want a bit of distance / privacy for your group. Does add a bit more going up-and-down between floors. This was not an issue us, because the elevator worked perfectly.

Excellent stay and accommodations for Park City ski trip

This home offered a great stay during our ski trip to Park City. The communication from Sarah was excellent, timely and helpful. The on-demand shuttle service was comparable to having a private driver, very quick pick-ups, with excellent drivers who were friendly and helpful. The home is as good as advertised, with multiple areas for different groups and a great common area for a group to gather. Very well stocked, great fireplace, great cable television and wifi, and the house was well stocked and decorated. If you are looking for a vacation rental that will be a seamless experience with a ton of space in a great location, you will be happy with this rental. We visited for Super Bowl weekend and the family room with the fireplace roaring and surround sound engaged was a great experience. 5 stars. Zero issues and excellent communication from pre-arrival to departure.

Perfect Ski House

Stayed here with our extended Family, six adults and three kids. Bunk room and bottom floor was perfect for kids. The rest of the house was also great. Hot tub was especially nice after skiing. The ski in / out makes it easy to get on the mountain. Multiple floors offers some privacy if you need it and the elevator makes it easy to load and unload your luggage. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and awesome owner

This is a really beautiful property. Very well stocked. We were five great buddies getting together for our annual ski trip. A four level house, so we could really "level" if we ever needed a moment of separation. Ski-in ski-out was awesome. Sarah was awesome. Seven post graduate degrees among our group and we managed to lock ourselves out in the first hour. Sarah chuckled and got us back in in a moment. Only complaint- Four nights went too fast...

Luxury Mountain Retreat Steps From the Slopes

Everything about this property was top notch, from the lovely furnishings to the luxe bed linens to the mountain views. Our group of 9 adult family members had plenty of room to be together or to retreat to our own spaces. The hot tub under the stars was a terrific way to end a day of skiing, which started so conveniently with a ski lift and ticket booth steps from the house. The large kitchen and high-end appliances provided ample opportunities for shared cooking and good meals. The large-screen TVs and in-home sound system were also appreciated for watching the Super Bowl. We would love to return to this terrific property!

This property is the perfect house for families and friends to gather. With a private hot tub off the downstairs entertainment room and a large living room off of the kitchen, there are plenty of shared spaces for the group but plenty of privacy with each bedroom suite. Access to skiing is made easy with a chair lift a short walk away and an even shorter walk to the funicular that will get you access to Park City Mountain.
