Enjoy your vacation at one of these 2 level units located on the boardwalk. This building is conveniently located close to amusements and local restaurants and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This unit has a private oceanfront balcony and a second private balcony in the back with fabulous views of the ocean and bay from this top floor unit. This is a 3 level unit with bedrooms on the top and bottom floors with the living room and kitchen on the main floor. Refrigerator, stove/oven and dish washer will be brand new for 2021.
NO SMOKING. TWO LEVELS WITH STEPS.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
