Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the comfort of this beautiful gulf front condo, steps away from the emerald green water and sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably sleep up to six guests. It features a full kitchen with granite countertops and seating for two at a breakfast bar. The living room is bright, surrounded by windows and is furnished with a comfortable couch, additional seating and a flat-screen tv. There is a private balcony overlooking the beach with lounge seating and an outdoor grill.

Down the hall is a work space and bedroom with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen television. There is also a private bathroom in the hall featuring a bathtub/shower combo.

Ascend the winding staircase to find the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that opens to a private balcony overlooking the pristine emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a stacked washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Perfect location within walking distance of all Pensacola Beach has to offer. Very easy to check in. Super friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect Location

This condo is located in the middle of everything on Pensacola Beach. Numerous restaurants and stores are right across the street. The view is superb and right on the beach. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are great. The condo has everything you could need (though a little more silverware would be appreciated). Overall, great stay and no significant complaints.

Fantastic ocean view

The view alone was worth it - and being able to open the sliding glass doors and hear the ocean/feel the breeze made it even better. Kids loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Adding a grill and swapping out the overhead light in the kitchen would be great improvements, but even without these it’s still a five across the board.

304B-Beach Colony- Terrific views. Comfortable condo with a nice lay-out. It would be good for 2 couples as the bedrooms are separated for privacy. Nice balconies. Clean and well appointed. Not fancy but absolutely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean. Nothing fancy. The entire bungalow needs some updating, but it’s so close to the beach and the pool that you are rarely in the room. Overall happy with the stay

Perfect getaway

Not only was the location perfect, it made us feel safe. The property wasn’t overcrowded. Noise level was perfect and everything was easy to access and navigate. The customer service was top notch. We didn’t have any issues with our condo at all.

Location could not get any better!

We have stayed in numerous condos on Pensacola Beach over the years and this location is the best ever! Easy walk to the pier and area restaurants and activities. Comfortable beds and amazing views! The controls have been removed from the “jacuzzi” tub upstairs so that is a bit misrepresented from the photos. Overall the unit was clean however the floors left the bottom of your bare feet black, particularly the downstairs balcony, it needs a good power washing. Despite all of that, we had a fabulous time and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful View! Beds very comfortable & everything as advertised. Property secure; codes to every door/gate (a little cumbersome but secure) Pools a lifesaver as too cold for the ocean/beach most of the time but Adults Only hours on indoor pool too long, vacant during these hours as a lot of families there during spring break. Musty "old" odor (prob difficult to fix w hurricane's), furniture stained. FYI Beach chairs are first come first serve already set on beach & no beach towels. Would stay again.

Location Location Location

A few steps away from the beach. Short walk to shops, boardwalk, restaurants, party store, gas station, Pensacola pier. No grocery store so we had groceries delivered from Walmart in Gulf Breeze. Awesome views from both balconies, clean indoor/outdoor heated pools and hot tubs. Clean large fitness center. Everything in unit worked great. Would definitely stay again. Only (minor) complaint would be to add weatherstripping to entry door. Having a couple windy nights, the whistling coming through the door was quite loud. Loud enough to be annoying while trying to relax or watch TV.

Disappointing.

Super disappointed. This unit was very dirty. Shower curtain has nasty mold at the bottom, would’ve cost $5 to replace this. Ceiling fans haven’t been dusted in a looooong time. The owners of this property need to give it some TLC if they’re going to charge that high rate. I see the reviews that it’s dated, which it is, but no excuse for it being dirty. Nice view of the ocean but definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay in this unit or at this property again.

PERFECT LOCATION TO POOL AND BEACH

Love the location BUTI had read that the furniture was nasty and shower curtains molded and called before booking to make sure that all was replaced, they did, except for outdoor furniture was dirty and old. I feel like the decor and furniture need updating for sure. The dryer made the worst sound and we left a message with no return call from maintenance, but just dried clothes when we left for the beach. Overall the stay was great, but i will hold out for something nicer only at Beach Club Towers next visit! Traci in the office was amazing!!We adore Pensacola!!

Great location - unit needs additional cleaning, supply and TLC

Location of unit is great steps from both indoor and outdoor pools and beach. Will definitely stay at Tower A or B again. Unit however had many issues, mold on the ceilings in the downstairs bathroom, moldy shower curtain, upstairs shower/tub with no hot water and therefore unusable, dead bugs in upstairs shower, second sink upstairs broken (unusable), very very minimal kitchen supplies. No backing sheets, spatula or full size frying pan. No sufficient for a unit it’s size, we ended up having family bring some basics kitchen items out so we could cook breakfast in morning, an furniture stained in main living room. Can’t beat location of unit but it needs some attention.

The Resort was fabulous! Great location and exceptional amenities. The unit we rented was nasty.

I’m requesting condos not owned/serviced by the same company. Both shower curtains were molded. Serious issue I n upstairs closet with rotted shelf that had pillows touching it. Living room furniture was stained and gross. Kitchen had chipped cups and roaches. The guest room window was coated with black dirt. We only used the refrigerator and coffee maker.

The Beach Club was very nice! Ocean was beautiful! Our place was nice, but the owners need to replace the couch and ottoman. Full of stains. Not the same couch in the pics advertisement. Property management said they would have housekeeping address it, but there is no hope for those two items.

Relaxing Vacation

We love the beach and this location was awesome! Beach was not crowded! Only problem was that we only had one good day on the beach, the weather thwarted the other couple days. But no one could have controlled that! Would definitely visit this location again!

The unit was very clean; view was great! The only issue we would say is the showers had low pressure. We had to use the tub faucets to rinse shampoo out. But overall would stay again - hoping that issue would be corrected.

Amazing place in the beach.

We enjoyed out stay in this beautiful apartment. The views from the main bedroom where amazing. We saw dolphins swimming in the beach from our room in the morning. Will stay here again in the future.

Loved the Breathtaking views from the upstairs master bedroom and the downstairs living area. Both had their own balconies! Large unit afforded plenty of privacy for my teenager daughter and for my husband and I. We would stay here again!
