Emerald Isle 0506 is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach. Featuring expansive windows and beautiful Gulf views, this condo offers a bright open layout and comfortable coastal décor ideal for families or small groups.
The living area includes ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with dining seating for four and additional bar seating for three.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, Gulf views, direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a garden tub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and flat-screen TV, with a nearby full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center, and outdoor showers. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).

The Pensacola Beach trolley stop is located nearby for convenient access to island attractions.

Had a great time.

Great view of the beach from a nice sized balcony. Loved having 2 beach chairs already paid for. Having all of the kitchen amenities at hand made meals at home easy and fun. The pools and hot tub were great. Plenty of space in the place for 4 people to stretch out and not get in each other's way. Loved our stay there.

This is our 2nd time staying at Emerald Isle and we enjoyed it just as much. The condo, location, pool, beach, all was great. A few things that we have had in other beach condos that would have been handy are small cooler, beach tote and beach towels, those are things that take up a lot of room in luggage when flying.

This property was great, the weather was perfect! The living /kitchen area was much larger than anticipated! There are no dressers so bring hangers for clothing !!! It may have said this and I overlooked it! But overall great property and stay!

Wonderful ocean view

Love the view; its why we stay here. Refrigerator did not work but another one was brought in. Not an ideal situation but it helped & they got right on it. Beds were very hard also. All the codes that are needed to go anywhere are frustrating. But oh that view of the gulf is fantastic!

Beautiful condo! Loved it!

5 star all around except bedding. Wish there was a king in the master. We had 4 adults and one had to sleep in pull out as master says queen but it’s a small queen. Ideal would be put a king in master. Otherwise absolutely perfect place to stay!!

The location and view were outstanding. However, for the price of the condo rental I felt like the furniture (especially the couch which was filthy dirty) could use a significant update. The shower was stopped up in the master bath.

Family vacation

It rained 4 out of 6 days we stayed and there was jack hammering floors going on so loud you couldnt carry on a conversation. You couldn't get away from it unless you completely left the property. It was so loud ypu could hear it down the street. Been nice if they'd waited till the rain stopped so ypu could at least get out of the building

The condo and views were exceptional. The shower in the hall bathroom did not function. The management company changed the condo code at 9am (checkout was at 10 am) I had to wait until my traveling companion got out of the shower to hear me banging to get in. Thank goodness we both didn't get locked out with all our personal items inside...it was Sunday after New Year's) I would say that the owners do a great job to keep a beautiful condo...but perhaps the management company could do more to help.
