Emerald Isle 1105 is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach, featuring a private balcony with expansive views of the Gulf. This condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests and includes an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a garden tub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and access to a nearby full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Guests have access to resort amenities including two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and direct beach access via a private boardwalk. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).

Nice condo, clean, comfortable, as shown in pictures, very good location and walking distance to everything, absolutely stunning view of the Gulf! Communication with owner and management company was excellent, they respond very quickly.

Nice condo and location! Had everything we needed. Need to repair the inside front door lock for security, but we still felt fairly secure because of the gated community and required codes to access the building. The 2 allotted beach chairs and umbrella were a very nice amenity. The condo also had beach items, like boogie boards, bags and an umbrella. We donated a beach chair because we had 3 folks. The management company is very professional and responsive. Would stay here again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The listing stated it was a three bedroom unit but it is a two bedroom unit. Price wise it was as expensive as other three bedroom units but only had two bedrooms. VRBO/Expedia (same company) refunded their portion of the booking fee. The owner refused to offer any refund or compensation even though the listing was their error. The pull-out sofa bed mattress is just pure springs wrapped in fabric with no padding so it was unusable. Our adult children had to sleep on the lounge floor on pillows from the sofa. The floors in the unit were greasy and in some places dangerously slippery. The wind whistled around the glass sliding balcony door when it was shut making it impossibly to sleep at night. The sink in the master bathroom didnt drain properly and the toilet seat was hanging by one bolt. Location was good. The unit was very disappoiting and is not worth the cost.
