Emerald Isle 0707 is a fully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach. Featuring updated furnishings, expansive windows, and a private balcony with Gulf views, this condo offers a bright and comfortable coastal setting ideal for families or small groups.
The open living area features ample comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and is surrounded by large windows that offer beautiful Gulf views. Sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony, which also includes seating for enjoying the coastal scenery.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is located near a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and outdoor showers. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).
Conveniently located near the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, dining, and local attractions.

Wonderful 180 degree ocean/beach/pool view. Great hot tub and heated pool. Property had all the necessary amenities and very clean. Only 2 complaints: first, the noise from maintenance on the balconies persisted every day from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The annoying sound traveled throughout the entire condo. Second, having only one operating elevator he was somewhat inconvenient.

This property was comfortable, and loved being beachfront! Very much enjoyed the beach chairs with the umbrella which were included. Close to restaurants and shops. And loved touring Fort Pickens!

This was our 3rd time staying in this unit. It's very nice. The beds are comfortable. Love getting to use the beach chairs that get set up on the beach each day.

Beachside Condo

We had an enjoyable experience overall. The location is great! Love being able to walk right out onto the beach. The unit needed some minor maintenance but when we reported it, management company was willing to come out immediately to fix it. We found ourselves wishing there was an additional hot tub in the evenings as that was a popular place and it was often full. We didn’t use the sauna, but the exercise room was well equipped. Overall a good experience and we look forward to going back!

Loved everything about this condo!

Beds were comfy! Kitchen well equipped! Loved the leather sofa and chair. Especially as it was not fabric. Absolutely loved the balcony view and furniture. Loved that the balcony railings were 1 piece sections. This is great for family’s with small children. The staff were so helpful and nice as we were having trouble with codes entering the gate and the building. Overall, loved this condo and would stay again.

Enjoyed our time at Emerald Isle. Condo was well furnished and stocked. Great location! Patio furniture not real comfortable; thicker cushions would be better. Same for kitchen chairs - not comfortable for long periods of sitting. Dealing with a management company was frustrating: too many unnecessary docs to sign, too many emails and texts and marketing push for local business. For me, that is a turn-off while on vacation.

Great location , condo was clean and had supplies needed. Only issue was the water pressure in condo when multiple faucets were in use . The gate going to the beach and the pedestrian gate at front at emerald isle were not working properly, even with a new virtual code being reset.

Beach Getaway

After a bumpy start-we we’re notified while traveling that our unit had a water leak, we had to stay next door at the Beach Club which unfortunately was not comparable. The next day we visited our unit and besides the Large fans & the dehumidifiers we decided to stay. Even though all the baseboards were off in the foyer and kitchen, hallway and it was really loud , the unit was great. Very comfortable and the view was to die for. It reminded us staying in a beach house with multiple window a/c units with the fans & dehumidifiers going for the next few days. It was just one of those situations - nobody’s fault. The 2 pools and Hot tub were great, easy access to the beach which is super important on a beach vacation. There were just 2 things that need to be addressed. 1st- entering through the driveway gate - the walk into the property gate and entering the lobby door , the passcode’s we were given it took up to 5 or more times for us to gain access, that was quite a hassle! The 2nd was sports on tv, My husband enjoys watching sports in the evening and there was no ESPN or GOLF channels, but a ton of channels that were additional cost, which in our opinion should have been included. Bottom line - GREAT VIEW, VERY HOMEY COMFORTABLE UNIT We would stay here again!
