Great place

We enjoyed this property a lot! We rented a golf cart and it made for easy travel over to relative’s apartment that had beach front. Only complaint was the pool lights didn’t work & the complimentary cart to carry stuff to the beach didn’t work very well. But those were luxuries and weren’t really necessary, we still enjoyed our stay! Loved the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful & spacious home

We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, spent more time there than the beach. Although beach access was not ideal, & home needed some minor repairs, there were many local shops & restaurants to walk to. Overall, a great place to stay and we would come back again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our time. Property is located close to the beach and next to a great restaurant but still feels secluded when sitting out back. Really enjoyed the pool! Beds were extremely comfortable and showers were great! Kitchen had plenty of utensils and dishes to use. Only complaint we had was the pillows really need to be replaced but other than that will definitely be back!

Can’t wait to return

Overall the home was great and worth the stay. Businesses and things to are walking distance and if not just grab the “Monkey Bus”. The pool was nice and warm. Had a little issue with the pool but with one txt message it was resolved the next day. This is must stay property and managed very well.

Family vacation

I was very impressed with our vacation rental this year. The house was just as described, very clean, convenient location, large pool and affordable. This is the first home I’ve rented that had new paper products and essentials in bathrooms and kitchen, along with all linens, including beach towels. We also had a problem with a fan in one of the bedrooms and they had someone out the next day to check on it.

well rested

first i have to start by the location is great we love AnaMaria Island very family oriented area the home is very clean although it needs a bit of update like the AC is constantly going on becuase the windows are a bit old and the bathroom windows need to be repair changed it remains open always the home has alot of potential. Althought we def enjoy the pool its a great size and the area is awesome thank you again

Construction was a drag

Overall the house was nice and the pool was great. The windows are old and you can hear everything outside including the trash / recycling trucks that come 3x during the week. Our biggest frustration was the construction happening on our street the whole week. The ground water was being pumped onto the street so they could replace pipes and it smelled awful. I know it’s no one’s fault but the trucks woke us early and it made us tired and cranky. M

No heated pool or hot tub in colder weather.

The listing stated that there was a heated pool and hot tub. However, that is misleading. The pool and hot tub are heated by ambient air, which means it will only heat if it is 65 degrees outside or warmer. There is not temperature setting for the pool or hot tub. We were not able to use either for the first 3 days of our stay. No compensation was given either. I called the management company and they said they could do nothing. The house itself was nice and spacious. The pool and beach toys were helpful.

The house was very hot and stuffy in all rooms totally unacceptable. The hot tub is a cold tub it takes a very long time to get warm not even hot soon as the blower cuts off you better get out and turn it back on or it will get cold again. No light outside patio to even see where you walk when it gets dark. Bathroom in the master bedroom is very tiny no toilet paper in the spare bedroom has to furnish a lot of house supplies that normal companies provide I will be staying elsewhere in Anna Maria when my family and I come back.

Perfect location!

We loved the location on the house, great to be able to walk to restaurants and shops! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Beach close walking distance. The only complaint was could of had more linens and small amounts of soap for kitchen cleanup! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely cottage style house with perfect pool!

We loved this cottage style house! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach (once we found the beach access spot), and the pool was perfect to come back to after our many adventures and activities! I highly recommend renting a golf cart - a great way to get around the island from tip to tip, especially when you take all of the back roads and can see all there is to see. We loved the Ugly Grouper, easily our favourite restaurant, and this is literally 2 houses down the street! We tried every ice cream place we could, also fun from the golf cart, and got to do some souvenir shopping at a couple of nearby shops. All you can eat pancakes on the beach at Manatee Beach was also a highlight, along with our dockside lunches at the Bridge Tender, highly recommended if you rent a boat, or even if you don’t! Skinny’s has great burgers too if you are near there and the surf shop across from it has some great inventory. The house is definitely a super central location to everything. There is also a wonderful playground with pickleball and basketball courts, and a soccer field right across the street. We would definitely come back to Island Mojo for another vacation!

Ideal location in Holmes Beach

Ideal property location, excellent pool and hot tub. Close to the beach and pickle ball courts. Weather was fantastic and local restaurants were outstanding.

Centrally located to both gulf and bay beaches and walking distance to GREAT restaurants

The house and pool were every bit of what’s advertised. Everything we could have possibly needed was there at the home. Just a short walk to the most amazing sunsets I’ve ever seen, Calm and clear waters and sugar sand beaches. The House is located just two lots from the main rd through the island and Several great restaurants to choose from. We will most definitely return, maybe even several times a year.

The house was a little on the warm side especially the bedrooms. Also, the pool was to hot. Yes I know it’s Florida but I have never stayed in a house that the pool was that hot. Other than that I loved the location and it was very clean

Comfortable and good for a family.

My children and grandchildren spent my grandson's winter break at this home. We totally enjoyed the layout and got great use from the pool. It was a 3 block walk to the beach and we were able to access the Trolly with another short walk. We will stay at this home again.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our week at Island Mojo. There was a minor problem with the pool/hot tub, but it was fixed quickly when we called. The privacy of the pool area and the close proximity of restaurants was perfect for us. We also loved our walks on the beach which was an easy few blocks away.

Beautiful Home with a Great Pool

My family of six had a great time staying in this beautiful home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we used them daily even with cooler temps in late December. The location was great, near the Ugly Grouper Bar which had great food and drinks and near many clean, fun beaches. The Cortez Kitchen had the best sea food. I recommend this family friendly home and hope to return in the near future. Thank you for a great memorable stay.

Great pool!

This home is in a perfect location and is roomy, comfortable, and clean. The pool is fantastic! The only downside was that the bedroom I had was adjacent to the central air unit which was noisy when it came on and when it turned off--both woke me up several times a night. I loved my week with my family and can't wait to come back to AMI.
