Great Place in Pagosa Springs!

Great location for property, enough room for a family and Ray is very helpful :) We plan to come back my kids loved the dock for fishing!

The host called me after I booked it to review some details which I really appreciated. East check in and the place was spotless. The location is amazing with the lakefront and so peaceful. We enjoyed the wildlife and paddle boarding. It’s not far from town and hit springs either. We’ll be back!

Living in a Tree House is what staying in this property was like - absolutely beautiful

Peaceful, refreshing and the people I met there were all very nice, especially Ray the owner - always attentive to whatever I might have needed, which wasn't much as the space was nicely appointed!

Great time, great host, great location.

We had a fantastic time at Raymond's place. Very beautiful views of the lake in a quiet peaceful setting close to Pagosa Springs downtown. Raymond is a very attentive and gracious host taking us out on his boat for the evening. Great trip!

Quite with a beautiful view

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect size for the 4 of us. The view could not be beat. We went at Wintertime so not outside much. Hot tub was nice and private.

Nice home on lake, quiet neighborhood

The home was clean and comfortable, with good linens and good assortment of pots/pans/baking pans, etc. The view of the lake from the living area and deck is wonderful. Great sunsets!

Pacosa Springs getaway

Pacosa Springs getaway. Our unit was right on Pagosa Lake with views of lake And the mini pal borders kayakers and boaters as well as the geese and ducks that were swimming by. Very relaxing.

Cozy & Lovely

Our family of four stayed at this rental during spring break. It was a perfect getaway rental. The views are wonderful and the place gets lots of sun. The high ceilings help make the place feel bigger. It was very clean and the amenities were just right.

Lakeside beauty

Gorgeous lake front apartment with extensive lawn. The owner, Ray, was the best host!! He helped us put on two lakeside luncheons with 15 guests in attendance both times. He took guests out in his boat and offered lake toys such as paddle boards etc.

We were looking for the perfect getaway and found it.

We had a wonderful timer at this cute little VRBO. The home was not only clean, but the owner thought of all the little details to make it a perfect getaway for us. We absolutely loved the view and proximity of the lake and even brought our kayaks. Ray, the owner, was a pleasant surprise. He was friendly, helpful and had many suggestions of places to go. We will be back!

Love the apartment and host

We are very pleased with the condo and Ray's warm hosting. Our family of 4 stayed for one week. The lake view was wonderful. The place was very clean, cozy, Ray was a great host. Very easy and quick on cooking, questions, anything. He even helped to look for places for my friends nearby. He brought wine and beer on our arrival. Cannot be better. We will definitely stay here again

Perfect ski trip

I booked the property pretty last minute, just two days before I was expected to arrive. Ray was very friendly and gave me a call to go over the check-in process which was very simple! I appreciated the run down he gave me of the area as I had never been there before. The property was clean, warm, and perfect as a base during my three days of skiing. Will definitely come back.

Perfect accommodations for winter ski trip

First, Ray was an amazing host. He always answered his cell phone and even helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The property was spotless and very comfortable for me, my husband and our two 13 year old sons. We went skiing and it was absolutely amazing and perfect and had everything we could have wanted in a vacation stay. Thank you so much Ray for letting us stay at your property. I hope we are able to make it back in the near future.

A lovely guest home in a beautiful setting that is very clean and very comfortable!

You will not be disappointed. This property feels rural but it's only a 10 minute drive to town. Being lakefront, the views are terrific and there are lots of windows to take in the views and the natural light. This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever been too, and the bed is extremely comfortable (and the sheets are 100% cotton). Ray is a gracious host and made himself available in case I needed anything (which I didn't). I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Pagosa Lake Vacation Get Away

This is a wonderful place to just chill out under the shade trees, enjoy the lake view from your patio, fish, walk, bike, or have your morning coffee in the cool mountain air. There are 1 or 2 bedrooms available with a nice kitchen and good sized bathroom & shower which also has the convenience of a washer & dryer for you. It's a few miles from downtown but has many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We also took a day trip to Ouray and Telluride. Ray, the owner, lives on the other side and is there to answer any questions or help with anything you may need. He is very hospitable host. We also enjoyed a ride in the Hot Air Balloon and hiked to Treasure Falls. You won't be disappointed in staying on this beautiful lake and this little apartment.

I have lived on Pagosa Lake since 1972 and enjoy living on the lake! I'm a Vietnam Veteran who began working as a barber in 1968. You will find my barbershop, Ray's Hair Care, in one of the historically classified buildings in Pagosa Springs on Lewis Street. I take pride in my property on the lake and am sure you won't regret choosing my vacation rental.
